O2 in West Ashley is a special place. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and want everyone to succeed. I’ve been working with the senior trainer, Brantley, whose guidance has led me places I haven’t been before in my fitness journey. Everything we do is meticulously planned out and we change programs every few months to enhance previous work and build foundation for future regimens. By the way the vibes are IMMACULATE. I'm really glad I upgraded from planet fitness to this gym. I was really worried I would not fit in (pun intended), but it's a very welcoming atmosphere. The sheer variety of equipment makes working out a little more fun, and the staff is really helpful if you have questions about equipment or amenities. Overall, I feel like this gym is more conductive to fitness growth than planet fitness.The only thing I miss from planet fitness was the ability to check the crowd levels on the app and the ability to request music.

If you’re looking for an amazing personal trainer, look no further! Jenn is amazing! She is knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and also has an infectious smile and personality that is unbeatable!She takes the time to listen to what I enjoy while working out and incorporates more of that into our workouts so they stay fun. I definitely learn something new at every session.For instance, I have a lot of sciatic nerve pain that likes to spark up randomly. Jenn recommended some great stretches that immediately relieved the pain and allowed me to get back to a pain free workout.You truly can’t go wrong with any of the trainers at O2, but Jenn is pretty awesome! Stop in and meet with her sometime. Everyone gets 2 free sessions with a personal trainer. What do you have to lose!?

I've honestly never been comfortable in a gym. I've always been hesitant to use the machines, having had very little exposure to proper technique. I've been training with Jenn for several months now and I am much more confident. I have learned so much about my body, the exercises I need in order to build strength and correct posture, and how to use various machines in the gym. I still have a long way to go to meet my goals, but Jenn has given me the foundational building blocks to continue on this journey. I'm no longer afraid to work out, a feat I'm extremely proud to have achieved. Thank you to Jenn for the guidance and encouragement along the way.

Gym is great, staff are greater. Jenn, in particular. She’s an excellent personal trainer that tailors your workouts specifically to your desired results, super flexible, and very accommodating. Everything is great about this gym, except for the guy who does full workouts in the sauna, swinging his sweat around. Maybe crack down on that.

I love O2 Fitness! Its large, great and plentiful equipment and workout spaces, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. And my trainer Mitch is wonderful! He tailors my workouts to take into account any physical issues I may have and he always encourages me as he helps me with strength training. If I could give a 10-star review I would!

I have been coming to this gym for about a year and I cannot speak highly enough. The gym is by far the cleanest in the area and the staff is second to none. Every time I walk in, I am greeted by super encouraging staff and genuinely look forward to working out. Everyone should check out O2 Fitness if you are looking for a new gym.

Love the personal training here! The whole team is awesome, but I personally work with Alexis and she is the best! From the individual programming she creates for each of her clients to the dedication she has to ensuring you are getting the most out of each session - there isn't anything she doesn't put her all into. She follows up and continually discusses changes and improvements you need for your program. She keeps the workouts entertaining while challenging at the same time. If you're looking for something to amp up your workout routine, Alexis is just what you need!!

I love the size of this gym and all the amenities. It has everything I want and I never have trouble using the equipment I want because of crowding. There’s a good mix of males and females that work out here.I’ve been doing personal training twice a week with Alexis for 4 months now. My goals were to work on my lower body and legs and tone everything up. I am super stoked with my results so far!My legs are looking great again and it’s very motivating. Her workouts are fun and I get pushed to work hard while I’m there, even if I don’t always feel like it. I’m much further along than I would be on my own. Definitely a great gym with amazing friendly staff!
