I met Ed back in 1995. He was one of the first professional Personal Trainers I had ever seen in action. He truly takes pride in everything he does both in and outside his gym. He truly gave me the confidence necessary to pursue a career Id given up, long ago, managing health clubs.He showed me a way to be in the industry by providing a service as a trainer, not just as a salesperson.You can't go wrong hiring this proI give Ed 10 stars!

She will work with you on any goal you may have and consistently motivate you to become the best version of yourself. Through a personalized program she made for me, I was able to lose 30 pounds, gain muscle, and achieve my fitness goals. After a health scare I decided to hit the weights, which it can be intimidating but Body Wise made it easy and comfortable, reassuring the importance of proper lifting to avoid injuries, and proper nutrition. They have taken good care of me, I am no longer shy in the weight room and look forward to every session.I train with Chase, who is a very knowledgeable PT, he will make sure you achieve success. In 16 weeks I have seen the changes in my body and overall well being.People are very nice and helpful.The facility is very clean but could use an update. Be aware that there is no showers at this location.Highly recommend.

We joined Snap Fitness a couple of months ago because our apartment gym was not meeting our needs. When we joined, Chase Cupples assisted us and was super nice, explained everything and offered to assist us with any questions and show us around the gym. I reached out to Chase a few weeks later to inquire about the personal training options available through Body Wise Personal Training. We exchanged a few emails and then i went in and had a formal consult. Chase was exceptional! He asked all the right questions and listened to everything that had been going on in my life for the past year to get a full understanding of where I had been, where I am at now and most importantly, where i want to be in the future. From the conversation, Chase designed a plan tailored to my personal needs.I am now a client and working out twice to three times a week with Chase. I continue to be impressed with his passion, attention to detail (correct form) and great personality and attitude. Chase has tailored each of our sessions to ensure he is not pushing me too hard as I work to get back into a regular routine and better state of health, but at the same time he is making sure that each session is challenging and we are working towards strengthening and toning my body.I highly recommend Chase if you are looking for a personal trainer who will invest in your overall wellbeing and work with you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

I started with Suzanne as a scrawny senior cancer survivor. I`m proud to say, with personal training & nutritional guidance, I am now a beast! I've been struggling for two and a half years because I have herniated discs in my neck. I didn't sleep well and gained a bunch of weight from not working out. I was constantly hurting and felt pretty hopeless. After seeing Ed and Suzanne, I felt so much better! For a long time I couldn't lift anything heavy and my shoulders constantly hurt but not anymore! They came up with creative ways to strengthen the muscles my doctors told me not to use. They also put me on a diet that is so reasonable, I can use it for the rest of my life! Even my doctors are impressed with the results! I strongly recommend these guys to anyone! Whether it's wanting to look good at the beach or struggling with an injury... these guys can help.

I stumbled on this gym and really enjoyed the vibe. I kicked it up a notch and signed up for some personal training sessions. Working out with Chase has really helped me hit my fitness goals. It keeps me consistent and on target. I've dropped 15 pounds since I started with him 3 months ago and hope to continue that trend in 2017.

I've been coming to this gym for a couple of months and have learned a lot about not just exercising but also eating clean and everything that's behind fat loss and gaining muscle. Great trainers, they are all fit which helps when taking advice from them. I recommend this gym for anyone who is serious about being fit.

I'm very glad to have chosen the fitness center Bodywise. Ed (The owner) absolutely knows what he is doing. He will take a look at your body and focus on what you really need to do. Then he will design a fitness program and he will you get there faster than if you just did it alone. If you have a goal to look great aesthetically then I would strongly recommend Ed’s team. I am very serious about reaching my genetic best, ED and Chase are fitness trainers (the best so far) that will get you there without wasting any time. In 3 months I've gained size, weight and strength, but it is the right type of weight with quality muscle. I gained muscle and lost fat. Muscle weighs more than fat. I weigh more and shrank in volume. So I look much better and stronger.Would I recommend...Hell yeah!
