Have been a member at Burn for several years now and in every season, I have been so thankful for an amazing group of trainers and friends who have provided consistent motivation. From getting back in shape following our first child, to safely excercising throughout my second pregnancy, to adaptingto life and at home workouts due to Covid, I have always gotten both an incredible workout and an incredible support system from the team at Burn Elizabeth. I would 100% recommend giving the gym a try...by far one of the best decisions I have made!

This was a great experience. Today was my first day and I am still sore at 8p.m. what I like about this particular session was it was not all about running. It focused on strength and core.

Burn E has been a huge part of my life for 3+ years now. It’s not only a place I go work out but my second family. I’ve met some of my best friends through this amazing community and this place is the only place I’d want to start my days. The trainers are top notch and will work with you depending on your skill level and any injuries you might have. Check this place out - I promise you won’t regret it!

I want to preface this by saying that I have never been here to work out, but have experience with the people who work here.Due to COVID-19, this location has begun working out in the parking lot beside my apartment building. I have let them know through various different outlets that you can hear the loud music they blast during their work out inside peoples apartments starting as early as 5:30 AM. The people running the workouts are fully aware of the situation and will move further away from the residential area or turn down the music for one day before reverting to their old ways. It is obvious that the people in charge here have no regard for others and only think of themselves. Just consider if that is the type of place you want to give your money too.
