I’ve been going to Burn Southpark for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s the best workout results I’ve ever gotten. The trainers are really attentive to form and what is right for you as an individual. I haven’t been to any other place (and I’ve tried a lot of them) that gets to know their members’ needs as quickly as Burn, and somehow manages to keep track of that in a group workout environment. They know how to push you in all the right ways. Plus the environment is just positive and fun while also being a hard workout. It blows any other studios, boot camps or classes I’ve tried out of the water. I love the trainers, the community and the style of really helping people meet their goals. Strongest I’ve ever been :) thank you Burn fam!

My experience at Burn boot camp South Park has been amazing. The trainers are great and professional. The energy is positive and motivates me to attend as many classes as I can every week. I love the program because It’s structured and takes the thinking of what body part to workout because the roadmap leads into covering the overall body’s health, wellness and strength.

This is the only gym that I have kept going to. I love that they have so many class times and you can just show up to whatever time is convenient for you with no sign up ahead of time required. The workouts are challenging and fun and every single trainer makes you feel welcome and is motivating you to be your best!

It’s the gym that keeps me coming back for me! Great workouts - variety of strength training and cardio every week. Lots of camp times, child-watch at certain camps (including weekends), amazing trainers that will meet you where you’re at in your fitness journey. It’s also been great to develop a strong community of friends supporting you every step of the way.

I’ve been going to burn for over 4 years now and it’s truly become like a second home for me. After 3 kids I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life, and most importantly feel strong and healthy. Burn is the one place I can fully focus on myself, and when I bring me children to the awesome childcare I know I can relax my brain and focus on the workout. I’ve never felt judged or discouraged, even if I’m late or only have one shoe on or I’ve forgotten my shirt (all of these and more have occurred). Moms work so hard in every aspect of their lives, and at burn you can always come as you are!!

I’ve been a member of Burn Boot Camp since April and love it! There are a variety of class times to fit your schedule. The trainers know you by name and everyone is super encouraging. Highly recommend!

One of the best decisions I have made to better myself was joining Burn Boot Camp, not only is it a gym but also has a great community that helps to push you to become a better you. The trainers are amazing and are right next to you helping to keep you going. This isn't your typical group fitness class or gym but a great place to meet new friends, achieve your goals, and become stronger. They offer plenty of camp times and they will work with you if you need to modify a movement. I only wish I had joined sooner!I highly recommend if your looking to better yourself mentally and physically!

It’s been hard for me to find a fitness routine that works with 2 babes under 2. It feels impossible to work out at home, and other workout studios just didn’t click. The first time I went to Burn, I immediately felt accepted into their community, and got an incredible workout in. I love how personalized the workout felt, with the coach constantly motivating me. This place is definitely worth checking out!!
