Can’t say enough good things about this gym. Mike, Paul, Kyle and Kirk have been so supportive and encouraging. The atmosphere of positivity is contagious. I haven’t found anything that’s worked to really kickstart my health and fitness journey until I came to Heroic. I started with the 6 week challenge like most, but I plan to stay for good. The accountability with the meal plan is great, and the personal trainers and small group setting is exactly what I needed to start taking my health seriously. Love this place!

Working out here is great! I’ve worked out at many places but something about heroic always keeps me coming back. The workouts are tough, engaging, and fun and the trainers are awesome!!! If you don’t consider youtself a big fitness person but want to workout, get in shape, and accomplish your goals this is the place to go!

Coach Kyle is my hero. He’s the coach I’ve worked with the most. I’ve been going to the gym at 5 am 3 days a week. He has kept me motivated and modified the exercises to fit my level of training. I’m in my fifties but I work out with men/women of various ages/levels of exercises. I travel a lot and am motivated to work out even while I’m traveling. This team both coaches and members motivate each other and the energy is always on 10. I thank this family for my life change and the start of my new healthier life.

A great place to go to accomplish your goals! The staff is friendly and the workouts are challenging. Every workout is different which also gives you a chance to learn new things to do at home. There are also challenges happening at the gym regularly to help keep things interesting! Highly recommend!

Awesome gym! I’m not in shape - at all - but this is truly a judgement free and encouraging place. The coaches remember each member by name, and that’s what honestly sets this place apart from other fitness centers in Charlotte.

Heroic Fitness NoDa is one of a kind when it comes to lifestyle fitness. Kirk and his awesome team of trainers give personal attention- they know our names!! Also, many people have joined doing the six week transformation and some just join straight up as members and you get a meal plan and nutritional support like recipes. I have enjoyed the muscle building program called Heroic Training protocol. Since January I have lost 7 lbs (I’m 148 now). Just wanting to maintain and not get bored with my fitness routine. I’m always challenged and have fun in this group setting. Never bored and always look forward to it!!!!

Four weeks into the six week challenge & I am looking shredded! High intensity workouts & a meal plan that has done great things for me. Mike, Kyle, & Ally are all great trainers that know how to motivate you & take the time to personally understand your needs! I love this place!

False advertising - the link says free but it costs $599 (refundable) or 3 payments of $229 but who has time to create a $200+ bill? I understand the need to “make it worth the commitment” but that’s a bit much. The link said no meal plans, also not true. You have to buy specific items and do weekly meal preps. So they get you in there without knowing this...waste of time.Rude Coach- Kirk is extremely rude. The way he spoke to the women of color in my group was upsetting. One lady had a small child and he got upset with the child for going to his door and asked the lady to “quiet” the child despite an entire workout (complete with loud music) was blaring just outside. Another woman was handling a work related matter on her phone and he snapped at her wanting her undivided attention. Just makes you not want to have that kind of person “on your team”.Overall I will find another program with more reasonable commitment fees and more considerate leaders.Plus the location is in an area I would be afraid to visit at night.

I have had an awesome experience with Heroic Fitness. I did the 3 week challenge to lose 10 lbs. The trainers are knowledgeable and so very supportive. The workouts are intense and at first I didn't think I was going to make it, but my body adjusted and they became easier. My goal was to strengthen my core in order to improve my tennis game. I am in better condition and it shows on the court! While the meal plan is very limited, it works! And it's been great to lose the cravings for carbs.I highly recommend the challenge to anyone who is committed to losing weight and wants a supportive community to help them along the way.I lost 10.3 lbs and now have a whole new wardrobe because I now fit into all those clothes I haven't been able to wear for a year!!
