Marsha and Chris were great...very helpful, friendly and knowledgable! I've been using weights, HIIT and cardio for decades but never picked up this kind of burn in 15 min.

Typically workout in Illinois but here visiting my grandson so I went to the Charlotte location. What a GREAT workout! Doug was fantastic! Professor of exercise physiology and addressed my golf swing needs. Upbeat guy who I don't think was ever had a bad day in his life? Definitely will return when I'm back in town, If you haven't tried Manduu, you need to check it out-- the best 15 minutes workout you will ever have.UPDATE: Worked out with Chris on Saturday. Fantastic session. Definitely look forward to coming back In December to have Chris push me!UPDATE: Worked out with Giselle this AM. Solid! Great 15 mins. Although I'm sure I will feel those flutter kicks later!

Trainers are all awesome!! Chris, Pete, and Gissele are all super knowledgeable and put me through a challenging workout every time. Back in my car and driving away in less tha 20 minutes and it feels like I spent 2 hours at the gym!!

I was definitely skeptical at first, but in all honesty the 15 minute full body workout is what drew me in. Almost everyone can do anything for 15 minutes. I have been going regularly now for several weeks and definitely feel like I am getting a great workout. Chris and Giselle are very knowledegable and provide excellent instruction and feedback! Workouts are basically private, or semi private, and can be individualized to specific needs. The studio is immaculate and well kept. I also love that you can track your progress with their state of the art equipment. From a personal standpoint, I realize how important weight training is for me (especially after years of wear and tear to my joints), and I love that this type of workout motivates me.
