From the front desk crew like Casey to trainers like Eleni, Josh, Matt, Justin, Zach, TJ etc, everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Orangetheory has been a game changer for my physical and mental health. All fitness levels are truly welcome, no one judges, and I appreciate the demos for correct techniques. Can’t say enough nice things about the Orangetheory South End crew !!

I’ve never been one to like working out, but this studio has changed my mind! The staff is so nice, and makes you feel so welcome. It’s a completely judgement-free environment, where everyone works out at their own pace. Coaches like Justin and Eleni are so motivating, and remember who you are! The numbers based workout also gives me the motivation I need to know what I’m doing is WORKING. Highly recommend!

I've been going for a few months now and I really like the workouts. I usually go to Eleni's classes because I like her style and they fit my schedule. But I've enjoyed working out with other coaches too. The music and the whole vibe during the workout is great and super motivating. There are some things to get used to when you first join (parking, booking, and pre-workout procedure), but they're not a big deal once you figure them out. Also, if you enjoy it after going to 2-3 classes, go ahead and switch from the pay-per-class to one of their monthly plans, it's much cheaper and forces you to get on a routine. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to boost their exercise routine or start one.

Great work out, OTF takes the thinking out of working out by providing dynamic exercises every time you go so you can focus on your performance. The exercise rotations allow for an intense workout without boredom kicking in. Modifications to each exercise allow everybody regardless of your fitness level to get a good work out and you get real time feedback on how you are doing.

Love this workout! It is tough, but doable and I can definitely feel myself getting stronger. I find scheduling classes, having instructors, and knowing it is a set hour is keeping me motivated to go. Instructors are awesome and the staff has always been helpful and kind. Parking can be a little tough, but there is a lot across the street.

OTF South End is a 10/10!The front desk staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable every time you step into the studio. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and bring their expertise to each and every class and will push you to meet your athletic goals! Come try your first class free! You will not regret it!

I've been going to Orange Theory for about a year, and the South location about 6 months. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The coaches are fantastic...similar to other locations I've visiting. They are highly motivating and really help you improve from time to time. They also make an effort to get to know you, and recognize you at every workout. The workouts themselves are highly effective and change every day, so you never get bored. At this location, parking is tight, so arrive early or park in the Lowe's parking lot across the street.

The speed and tempo at which the workout is conducted is what I like the most. Classes are awesome and are over before you know it. Workouts leave me feeling exhausted and exhilarated all at the same time. You can’t ask for better than that. Zach is probably the best trainer I have experienced in my short membership so far. With Zach I truly get the sense that he really loves his job and helping people. If there ever was a template of great trainer he is it. Eleni is right up there with Zach. They are 1 and 1a. Of course I cannot let it go without mentioning that Emilie is wonderful. She was a huge help with getting me acclimated to OTF and not sure I would have done it without her. Overall Charlotte South End has a great family atmosphere and I am very happy to be apart of that family. I was welcomed with open arms and a genuine smile. You don’t get that in too many places these days.

Jon was great at explaining how everything worked and the workout was challenging and fun. The facility is super clean. They have lockers to store your personal belongings during class and 2 showers to freshen up before you leave. I bought a 10-class pass and look forward to more workouts at OTF-South End.

I have worked out at least four times a week for years. My normal workouts consist of everything from cardio to weight training to all kinds of classes. My friend invited me to OT and it was one of the best group workouts I have ever had!! The staff and trainers are exceptional as well as the atmosphere. I usually do not get sore after workouts, but I was feeling it a day after my first workout at OT. The trainers can modify the workouts for any fitness level and for anyone who has problem areas, ie: knee, shoulder, hip, etc... I would recommend OT for anyone no matter body type or fitness level!
