Orangetheory is the most effective workout I've done in 50 years of working out. Arboretum is the fabulous studio with great coaches. Melissa C and Heidi always encourage my best work. And the folks who workout there encourage as well. Give them a try.

I’ve been a member here for over 5 years and I’ve loved every minute of it. Great coaches, modified exercises as needed, the motivation I needed to stay in shape after two pregnancies. Fun for all ages!

OTF Arbo is a great studio with amazing, motivating coaches. If you haven't tried Orange Theory before, do yourself a favor and signup for a free class. I was skeptical at first, but I am a true believer in their process. I am in the best shape of my life. Thanks OTF!.

I joined in December looking to get back into a fitness routine after 2 kids. It is so awesome to have some me time back. I look forward to the workouts and having the accountability is a huge factor. Definitely recommend for all ages and levels!

4 year member who brought in family and just canceled all 3 of our memberships. This studio was awesome until new management came in, and they recently terminated their head coach, who was the backbone of the studio. She was the best coach they had left. See ya Arbo!
