I love this studio! The trainers are encouraging and push you to your limit. I enjoy coming here 3 times a week. I feel like I get a complete workout every time.

Awesome studio. Staff is amazing, supportive and they believe in you and your fitness journey. No need to be a fitness enthusiastic. Classes are challenging but doable and can be tailored to your fitness level. Previous injury? No problem, trainers will provide you with modified exercises. Plenty of classes to fit your schedule. Give it a try, and come say hi!

The best part of my day! The coaches care about each member and know us on a first name basis. The staff go the extra mile for a special and unique experience.Great energy, atmosphere and a workout that pushes you to just the right limits. Highly recommended!

I have been going to OTF college downs since December and I have enjoyed it so much! All of the coaches ensure I am doing each exercise correctly and encourage me to push myself. I’ve never felt so comfortable at a gym before. Thanks to all the staff at college downs!!
