I love this workout. Not only does it keep my clothes fitting well, but it has improved my posture, balance and flexibility. Even when I was a child I couldn’t get close to a split stretch - now a couple of years in at the Bar Method and I am almost there (and definitely closer than I have ever been). The instructors are friendly and welcoming and the facilities are very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend giving this a try!

Love the Bar Method! Having injured myself in the past doing other workouts, I really appreciate their focus on safety and proper form. I also enjoy the upbeat community here. It’s nice seeing familiar faces and friends in my daily workouts. Best of all, are the results I’ve achieved over the past 9 months. The Bar Method is a great, full-body workout that tones and lengthens your muscles. I feel great every time I complete this challenging workout! The studio is beautiful, and the instructors are very knowledgeable and super helpful during class. One of my favorite workouts, by far. Highly recommended!
