I love this workout. Not only does it keep my clothes fitting well, but it has improved my posture, balance and flexibility. Even when I was a child I couldn’t get close to a split stretch - now a couple of years in at the Bar Method and I am almost there (and definitely closer than I have ever been). The instructors are friendly and welcoming and the facilities are very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend giving this a try!

I am so happy to have found myself to be apart of The Bar Method family! It is such a wonderful and welcoming place to come strengthen my mind, body and spirit. Every instructor is encouraging and resourceful to make each class challenging. It’s a wonderful group of women teaching and taking the classes.

I can't say enough good things about The Bar Method - SouthPark. I am NOT a worker-outer, but being that I'm in my (eek!) mid-30's, there's no better time to start! From the moment you meet Grace at the front desk, you know this is a good place. She's wonderful. I've taken multiple classes with Jenni, Kara and Laura and they are equally fabulous. I've been to about 10 classes now. They were all so nice to me in the beginning, showing me how to appropriately do everything. And NOW, they motivate me to work harder. I love The Bar Method - I feel like it's a workout that I can actually stick with! And an added bonus - everyone else I've met there (other worker-outers) are all really nice too! :)

Joining Bar Method was the best decision I made for myself. I did a trial month and after just 2 classes, I was hooked ! I am stronger, more flexible and energized, than I had been in years. Getting older & having early signs of osteoporosis already, I know the importance of building stronger muscles to support my bones, and doing Bar is giving me the results I need- I love it ! The instructors are amazing, always making sure we are in our best form for the safety of our bodies and the best results. My new friends at Bar are awesome too. We all support each other, music is great, we laugh and are always looking forward to our next class ! Thank you Autumn, Jenny, Jennell, Laura, Evyn & Lindsay for always challenging me and keep me coming back to hit my goals !

I've been attending the Bar Method South Park studio since they opened their doors almost 4 years ago and of my favorite things about the workout is that I am still challenged in every single class. Before finding Bar Method, I was never one to stick to workouts but the community the Bar Method has formed motivates me to stay on track.My absolute favorite thing about the studio is the staff. I'm a regular at the 6 am class and I absolutely love starting my day with the positive energy Grace and the instructors bring. If you've been thinking about jumping in and trying a barre class, this is the place to do it!

Simply the BEST! The studio is peacefully beautiful and impeccably clean. The classes include the perfect balance of strength and flexibility building. Literally every instructor is top notch; they are all so knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging and fun! The Bar Method is seriously the best place to get a full body workout!

Love the Bar Method! Having injured myself in the past doing other workouts, I really appreciate their focus on safety and proper form. I also enjoy the upbeat community here. It’s nice seeing familiar faces and friends in my daily workouts. Best of all, are the results I’ve achieved over the past 9 months. Coming in post pregnancy, I had a lot of weight to lose and can attribute at least 25 pounds to working out at Bar Method 4-5 times a week on a consistent basis. Glad I found this place! -Jeanette

The Bar Method is a great, full-body workout that tones and lengthens your muscles. I feel great every time I complete this challenging workout! The studio is beautiful, and the instructors are very knowledgeable and super helpful during class. One of my favorite workouts, by far. Highly recommended!
