This gym is not like any other gym in town and it shows in the support they show to EVERY customer and the care of their facility. The people who coach and train you are AMAZING and truly want to see you succeed. For me, USPC has been life changing to my physical and mental performance as a professional athlete. The trainers are extremely supportive, talented and overall just great people to be with. The technology, equipment and innovative training has helped me improve exponentially as an athlete and are crucial to my 2020 training. Great people, great facility and great results, 10/10 recommend to anyone! Best performance center and gym on the east coast!

USPC is an incredible facility. It is aesthetically appealing, contains state of the art equipment, and The staff is amazing. Everyone that works there is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You have the luxury of tailored workouts to meet your personal needs and goals. The trainers are available and helpful every moment they are needed, but allow you any desirable privacy to control your own workout. I couldn’t be happier with this gym. I have been able to transform my body pre and post-baby with their help. It is truly a hidden gem.

USPC is my home away from home. Every single employee from top to bottom are very knowledgeable to help you succeed with your goals. As a professional athlete I LOVE the fact workouts are personalized for each individual based off what you want or need to improve on. The workout equipment are all top of the line and VERY clean.

The staff's knowledge, constant focus and assistance is absolutely a bargain for the price and the equipment is the best I've used. The personalized program is way better and tailored compared to the other gym's programs offered in the area.
