American Martial Arts Systems in my opinion has one of the best programs in the country. They help you develop self discipline and confidence. Children, women, and men can all benefit from the great programs offered here! I have been a student of Mr. Leihsing on and off since the late 80's both as a child, and as an adult. During my youth I was an avid competitor in the martial arts tournaments in the Colorado/Wyoming area. Mr. Leihsing was always in my corner coaching and providing me with valuable feedback not just how I could improve as a martial artist but also as a person. As a young adult I had the opportunity of being an instructor in Mr. Leihsing's school. I was humbled by the opportunity and was very proud of my time with the school. The only reason I am not still there today is because I moved out of the area. If you are considering any martial arts instruction, check this place out!

The American Martial Arts System is an exemplary school of impeccable standards. Mr. Tyler Leishing is an outstanding individual both as a teacher/instructor. I had my first introductions and lessons into the martial arts world by Mr. Leishing some thirty years ago. I have only praise for him and the American Martial Arts Systems. Laird Thomas

Having been involved in the martial arts of the rocky mountain region since 1970, I have had the privilege of not only personally knowing Tyler's lineage in the martial arts, I've had the privilege of watching Mr. Leisig develop not only as a well respected martial artist but as a highly-respected person. He epitomizes the virtues of perseverance and respect so highly sought in martial arts. I have no problem at all praising Mr. Leisig for his dedication to the Arts and his students.Ben Ramsey

With over 10 years of martial arts experience and having trained in various styles and locations, I can confidently recommend AMAS to any veteran or aspiring martial artist. Mr. Leihsing fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals of all ages and aspirations. Integrated martial arts systems deliver total body conditioning, and I leave each class at AMAS feeling more athletic, and more uplifted, than the last.
