Had a good workout w/Rochelle's Aquatic Fitness Class. However Im still disappointed and at a loss for words with Esporta's handling of the Lansing location. We went for months parking in an off set tiny lot way in the back with minimal lighting while they were building a gas station. All the while being told that the club was not closing. Their employees at the time did not know that they were closing.I renewed my membership in March and found it closed in July. They never sent anything by mail. They posted it in the club in June. They closed 3 locations in the south suburbs. The treatment they showed their members is absurd and disrespectful. Allowing me to renew my membership with a reminder call from LA Fitness. The club on 119th Street is a travel distance away from me.Actionable

Their Jacuzzi has been out of order for a while and they have their jets too high cause the water is bubbling up to your face I think the sauna is a little cooler than most.

The staff is very nice and friendly but the members are not courteous at all. This gym has the worst members they come in groups and take up all the space and some even sit on the free weights not letting anyone get them. It’s always loud they have signs of no speakers but people still play on speakers. If you’re not part of a group good luck trying to get a workout in.

Nice facility to workout in. Machines are in good working condition and staff are friendly. Someone is always cleaning so the gym stays looking well maintained.

My locker was broken into today at Esporta on a 115th & Marshfield and my wallet was stolen. There was no sign of a break-in; so I'm going to assume someone cut my lock. Be very careful at this gym with your personal belongings. I've also seen reviews on car break-ins in their parking lot.

JASON at corporate is the WORST. Extremely rude and condescending. I turned my membership and friends did too because of him. He was arrogant on the phone and made me feel like he was doin game a favor by refunding me what the gym owed me. ℹ downgraded a membership and they never turned the other one off so charged me for the 30.99 one AND the 19.99 for 4 months. I will never go back to this gym. It wasn’t the mistake it was JASON being so rude about it to me like I did something wrong. I will tell everyone I know not to visit this gym.

This place should just downright shut down ... It's over crowded n the equipment is not well sanitized ... People just all on top of you when you working out .. it's just not a place to have "that me time" to workout or just have that moment/space ... This facility really need to find some kind of ideology how their customers will be pleased with and feel comfortable when working out ... Also hired some people who is knowledgeable of what the facility is all about..

I love the people hear but I prefer things not to be so gatto. People should not be allowed to play loud music anywhere. The hot tub and suna is always broke and it kinda small so when the big group of guys come it kinda hard to get your work out in because they seen to take over all the machines and they suck at keeping place clean .
