Orangetheory has been in my life for 2 years now. I honestly think I’m a lifer. The staff is friendly and I love when they remember my name when I come in for a class. All the coach’s are great! Shout out to Delvon, JZ, Stephanie, and Richie. You all make me stronger and stay motivated through every class.

The structure of Orangetheory Fitness is so important to me. I'm one that likes to be told what and how to do things. Everyone is so compassionate. They know we are all at different levels and doing the best we can.

Even after 3 1/2 years, I am never bored with a workout and feel challenged. I can dial up or down my workout based on how I'm feeling and it's great at clearing the mental cobwebs. This is the best studio staff as they really care about each of their clients. I love the diverse community here (age, body type, athletic ability, gender, race, etc.) so it's welcoming and not intimidating.

Orangetheory Fitness is an excellent neighborhood gym. It is always busy during the hours I work out, but never overcrowded. I've never had to wait for equipment, and the bustling nature of the gym creates a positive atmosphere. They are invaluable to me!

I joined this Orangetheory location in June. It’s been a few months now and I can absolutely say I am stronger, I have better cardiovascular endurance, and I move more confidently through life. My improvements are not just physical, mind you, as I’m finding that regular movement makes me more mentally resilient and provides a good outlet for anxiety. And let’s be honest, who doesn’t have excess anxiety after a pandemic? The instructors and staff are all wonderful, caring people. The equipment is great and the music always gets me moving. The class flies by, I sweat a bunch, and I leave looking forward to my next one. I’ve honestly never really liked gyms or weightlifting before and always stuck with dance and yoga, so this has been a big change and it’s all down to this spot.
