Went to this gym and as i put my stuff in the locker I seen a bedbug crawling! They need to get an exterminator and make sure their locker rooms are clean and bug free.

Planet fitness is just great overall, $10 a month for basic or $20 for all the benefits and locations.South Pulasky is open 24/7 I can go anytime and bring a friend, clean and plenty equipment, helpful employees, massage chairs etc. NO EXCUSES!

I hate adding negativity into the world (even something as trivial as a bad review), but I had the unfortunate experience of learning why you never give you bank routing information to a company. Planet Fitness would not stop charging my account even though I went in personally and canceled twice in a 3 month period. If you cancel make sure your signing paperwork and getting a receipt. If not, the charges keep coming and they won’t be refunded. It got to the point where I had to go to my bank and put a fraud block on future charges – telling the bank I have been canceling. It’s not about paying for a gym you’re not using; it’s someone accessing your account for a service you stopped - It makes you feel like a dirty Locker room. Does the Discount Cut-rate gym need direct access to your account? Do your research and consult your bank on when to provide your routing and account information to businesses.

Been coming here for a while and it's better to come at night. The staff at night are much friendlier and make you feel welcomed. If you got any questions the staff Rob and Cesar and laid back and patience with any questions you got and explain everything so clearly.

It's great! The only problem (it's not the stores fault) I'm always getting made fun of or I assume because people always stare at me. I don't tell the staff because I'm not sure if they are, it's usually by 3 Mexicans soccer players that make fun of me but they should be making fun of themselves because of how much they lift and how bad they do it lol that's the only thing that bothers me and again it's not the stores fault it's the costumers that don't know that it's a judgmental free zone and people have starring problems in there too.

Yesterday was my first time there , and I honestly walked out feeling discouraged , and everything less then motivated or confident. The staff was great! But the negative vibes from the customers in there. Then their always starring at you! I'm a big girl , I wanna work out and better myself but not have the spotlight while doing it. Some people in here are slim but they act like their better then everyone. Going to try a different location

It's comfortable and the employees are friendly. They just have to clean up the shower stalls and fix the showerheads. It needs some maintenance.

My wife and I have a Black Card membership We were in town for a wedding and decided to stop by and visit this location since it was near our hotel. Since we were busy we just wanted to use the hydromassage chairs for a quick session.The guy manning the counter acted like we weren't allowed to use them and just looked at us like we were stupid, but said we could use the one working regular massage chair, and asked us to fill out the guest visit log. We went to walk towards the area where the hydromassage chairs are located and the guy yelled at us that the regular message chairs were located in front of the gym. Even though we wanted to use the hydromassage chairs we were only "allowed" to use the one working regular massage chair. Customer service in Chicago has been great, everywhere we have been, except here.Fortunately for us, our home location is great. However, here in Chicago monthly membership is $10 a month at home it's $20, so I am not sure why we were treated like outsiders, even though this is not our home location. I feel like when they say your allowed to use any location in the country, they shouldn't discriminate because you are from a different location.

Too small and remotely away from my residence about this location! Massage chairs are one of the best. A true 24/7 gym. Heard the "lunk" alarm for the first time here. Has Wi-Fi but never used it. Staff is nice but you don't hear from them to much.

I love this gym! The color scheme, atmosphere, and no judgment really motivates me to go back. I'm glad I switched from xsport to here because i get more for my money and I love that i can tan and get massages for free. I recommend all my friends here.
