I love my Planet Fitness location located on S. Pulaski Rd. and have never had any issues whatsoever at all with the front desk staff. They are amazing and are always friendly. The gym is always clean and spotless. Love it here!

sep 18, 2021 at around 3:50 the whole gym was closed. I wasnt the only person who was there waiting and confused. Why dony we get updates for people who need to use the gym for overnights? I dont like going over there to waste my gas, my time.Sep 20! Heres more picture and I called so many times but nope. If they cant deliver a membership than its "Free" to get out of the contract of planet fitness. No updates when the gyms closed at all..

Amazing location, everything always sanitized and fully stocked. Alicia at the front desk always goes above and beyond, and is super inspirational and motivating to workout.

If I could give this gym less than one star, I would. The staff is so prepotent and does not know how to nicely approach customers. I had to leave the location to go to a different gym because of how poorly I was treated. So frustrating. Management, please address this.

MASK POLICE! I am pro mask and i get it, but this place is ridicules! they have regular enforcement patrols to make sure everyone is wearing a mask. I have a mask on, I am panting with a sweat saturated mask and shirt, I cant breath as it is, and i got an employee standing in front of me waiting for me to finish my set on the machine to tell me to pull my mask over my nose. I can understand if there were people around, but the place was empty and no one within 20' of me!! I am just saying this is over the top. go find another location. I will not be back here

I appreciate that we're given bottles to disinfect and not a lot of people are allowed in. Thought it would be busier but there were only like 20 people total on a Sunday afternoon and people are good about distancing. Machines distanced also

Andoni is hands down the friendliest, most helpful person I’ve ever had the pleasure to interact with. He takes customer service to another level and always makes me feel as if my issues are being listened to and taken care of. Unfortunate that I live so far from this location, but would definitely recommend this PF to anyone in the area.

In general, I like Planet Fitness. I initially signed up without even checking the gym out because someone on fb said it was empty. I like that the staff isn't just sitting there like at other gyms.Whenever i look around, they are cleaning equipment with some crazy water guns.It makes me feel more comfortable. The only thing is sometimes the paper napkin feeder gets stuck and it is hard to get the paper napkins out. It has happened enough times for me to notice. I usually just walk to another one instead.
