Did your club only budget 10 months for cable? All channels but the PF channel have been out since the beginning of November with no answer why they aren't back long before now.

I enjoy this gym because it’s not about competition. I’m also queer and feel very welcomed.

Honestly, my only issue is there is NEVER hot water in the showers. I mean, I don't understand. Like, EVERY SHOWER does not have hot water. You might catch like 2min of a shower with lukewarm water. I typically used to work out at Back of the Yards, unfortunately, this location is closer to work otherwise, I'd keep going. Its getting colder in Chicago if this hot water issue isn't solved my mom is gonna be showing up here cause yo girl caught gripa... Other than this, overall the gym is kept pretty clean.

I went here for a workout. The establishment is very clean, and all the equipment is in working condition. I had no problem parking.

Staff kept sounding the horn the last 10 minutes without stopping, we already know the closing time because they already let us know. They dont have to keep sounding the horn without stopping.

Peak hours and many members are not wearing masks like we are not in a pandemic. Told the employees and nothing was done. Asked a member and he said that he was doing the 6 foot rule from 2020 which has been proven ineffective.

These people take their job way to serious and some of the equipment need to be oiled up. Employees let people hog up multiple weights. That's where they need to take their job serious.Edit/update: the guy who works here during the week in the pink hat litterally asked me to put my mask up as I was pulling it up and fixing it because my headphone was being pushed out by the string in the mask. 2 people infront of me on the treadmill didn't have their mask. The place had garbage cans full of trash and cans of empty drinks on the seats of machine. Your employees must be lazy or their management is really bad. It's probably both

This is one of the better PFs in Chicago. Plenty of equipment and space.. I wish the showers had doors instead of curtains.. Nice gym over all and it's actually 24hrs! I'm switching to Xsports next month because the PF by me isn't 24/7.

It's clean and pretty easy to get the work out you want in. Would recommend to others. It's a planet fitness with nice staff the few times I've need to interact with them.

I went into this gym on November 28th and asked the staff member at front if I could join for one month just to try out the gym. He said yes it's going to be $23.99 for the month and you have to come back here and quit before January 10th or else you will be charged a $200 annual fee.I came back December 28th and asked to quit. The staff told me that the guy who registered me wroke down in the notes that I had to come back before December 10th to cancel and I was still going to be charged the fee. They did cut down the fee for me for the miscommunication and charged me $60 I still feel like they completely scammed me. Will never go back don't recommend anybody joins.
