New to this place after going to another gym for years and I have to admit it is better than I initially imagined. The equipment is kept clean & associates are on top of keeping conditions safe for members. The equipment is easy to locate and use- I enjoy the 4am workouts as very few ppl are in at that time but the app helps a lot in planning ahead my workouts. Definitely pleasantly surprised & happy to be a member.

I absolutely love this location. I started my weight loss journey about to months ago and Planet Fitness is a perfect fit for me. Let’s start with location, this PF is located in a plaza with PLENTY of parking. Also located in the plaza is a Pete’s Market so you can pick up your healthy foods after your workout! This location is open 24 hours so it is convenient for all their members. The gym is always super clean with plenty of hand sanitizer stations, disinfectant, and paper towels to keep the machines and your hands clean! They also offer individual disinfectant bottles so you do not have to share with other members. This location has replaced the machines so almost all the machines are new.Now to the staff. I usually go to this gym anywhere from 11pm to 2am depending on my work schedule. I absolutely love the night staff. Ernest and Kevin are my favorite employees. A company is only as good as there employees and they definitely a good fit for PF. They are always super welcoming and friendly. And they are constantly cleaning keeping the gym safe and clean. They have always been super helpful. They have showed me how to best utilized the PF app and even linked my debit card to my account so now I don’t need to bring a card or cash to the gym! They really help make the gym comfortable for its members.

Like this gym today was my first time visiting it's not too crowded I went in about 9ish it's clean. The environment is cool. There's was plenty of machines. I liked the fact that they have a room for a 30min workout with different machines to hit every work out. They have another room for stretching and abs only. Overall like this location.

Everyone is so sweet at this location. There’s always staff cleaning and bleaching things down to keep us safe! I’m so glad I chose this as my home located

good place for workout with many many options and machines.. though it gets crowded during and near peak hours leading to wait times for the machines.. covid social distancing also not helping lol .. but management could make sure that folks working out don't stay on their mobile and be considerate towards folks waiting

I understand that this place is quite cheap, so it gets crowded. However, they need to give time limits for using the equipments as some people really hogs the benches. Some people use benches when an exercise that they are doing does not require a bench.

Must keep masks on even while on a machine right now, now I know why it's always empty... in the suburbs PF let's you remove your mask while on a machine which is so much better. Everything is spaces out anyway so it's not like you're close to others

Very clean, not too crowded (I've never had to wait too long to get a machine in non-pandemic times - and there is no wait time during pandemic times), clear expectations for behavior (very safe), and plenty of equipment to use.

Been coming since July very clean & very close to home & easy to locate parking...Pf staff Al customer service is beyond great/impeccable I always get a warm greeting when he’s present... Johnathan {trainer} taught me how to work on the machines to tone up I never used them before now I’m on them like a pro... Many thanks to you both for being great people

If you don’t own a vehicle you can’t work out at this planet fitness. It is winter and they expect you to come in without a coat or bag. You can’t use the lockers or leave your things on the floor. They have to be on you at all times while working out. I walk or take public transportation like many chicagoans because I can’t afford to own a car and therefore can’t leave my things in said non existent car. So what am I supposed to do about my memebership? Can we use trash bags to put our things in? Some kind of accommodation should be made. I have been had this membership for almost 4 years and now I have to cancel it.
