I joined this gym for the Summer Teen Challenge and it’s a comfortable environment. I’ve never been to gyms before- always strayed away but I’m glad I signed up at this location the space is always clean. Also front staff in the morning are always energetic & welcoming

I've been coming to this club for over 2 years, I'm honestly greatly impressed with the friendly staff, they also keep the club immaculate. The Pullman club, definitely is a club that has enough machines, even during rush hour you're still able to get an adequate workout. Jessica, the assistant manager always make sure club members are satisfied and always greets you with a friendly smile. The machines are well-kept and if they are out of order it seems there quickly back in working condition. I definitely rank this club of 5 Star. Thank you Planet Fitness no judgement zone!

I’ve been a member of this planet fitness for a couple months and I love it, extremely spacious and not over crowded. I typically go at night so I get a worker named Frank, he’s extremely helpful. Always answers any questions or concerns I have. Overall I’m in love with this location.

This place is great! Clean, organized, has great circulation of air never to cold nor to hot! I can stay and won’t ever get tired. Brought my son here to sign up for the promotional summer teen challenge and the morning staff was great with answering any and all questions 10/10 recommend this location for any and all black card members to join and visit

One of the cleanest gyms in the area. Everything is well organized and plenty of room. Great, friendly, and helpful staff especially Alex who always has a big bright smile on her face! Great atmosphere. I would like for the gym to incorporate another bench press machine. However, it is an overall good experience.

I absolutely love coming to this planet fitness! By far the cleanest one I've been too! Other ones seem to crowded with equipment where as this one everything is set up perfectly. To top it off the staff here is awesome! Lizette is always so friendly and helpful whenever I have questions. Very easy person to talk to. She helped me switch my membership to make this location my main one. Love this location.

DISGRACE!This Planet fitness is Completely Run down, literally NOTHING works in this building. I wouldn’t even give it the satisfaction of calling it a gym. You will not find a working Treadmill here to save your Life! And the treadmills that are open to use are literally a HAZARD. The belt will literally stop as you’re running. They have no concern for the Members that pay their hard earned money to come here. I honestly take the low quality machines and lack of urgency to fix the machines here as an INSULT. As if the people in this community are in poverty/lower class and do not deserve working GOOD quality equipment. If this Planet Fitness was in a different less urban area (which I have been to) I could assure to you that we would not have this problem. These machines have been broken for Over a Year and I’m sick of it. I am taking my money elsewhere and switching to XSPORTS. Planet fitness you have Officially LOST a member.

I've been a member arty Planet Fitness for a few years now and have come to this location from time to time. The staff is always friendly and everything is always clean. However, almost every single machine was broken. When I visited recently the got all new machines. I was able to enjoy my without interruptions. This gives me an option to chime even I'm in the area again.

THIS LOCATION HAS ROPES!! Yassss! It is spacious, CLEAN, and staff members are pleasant. It is a diversified location with courteous patrons. The music played on the speakers gets you PUMPED for slaying your workout. There are plenty of machines and they were well maintained. I don't have any complaints.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Most of the treadmills don’t work and lot of the arm and back pull down machine are out of order. This place is going down hill, good staff and it’s clean but it seems as though there’s very little care in keeping the equipments working properly. I like planet fitness but it don’t feel welcoming anymore.
