The more I train at PXM CrossFit, the more grateful I am for the recent its recent rebranding and relocation. The new space is thoughtfully laid out and the additional sandbags, kettle bells, dumbbells, Echo bikes, etc. have made workouts here even more fun and varied and challenging. The new owners are communicative and excited, and that shows in their running of the box.The programming at PXM is inspired and never, ever boring. Our coaches are amazing-both in how much they know about proper techniques and movement patterns as well as in how they convey that knowledge to their athletes. The coaches somehow manage to walk the line between making sure the athletes don't lift too much/try dangerous things while still motivating and encouraging them to push their limits (safely, of course). In short:A well-maintained box with lots of fun and interesting things to lift and throw around - check!Engaged, excited, and invested owners - check!Interesting and challenging programming - check!Knowledgeable and caring coaches - check! But wait! There's more!I'd be remiss if I didn't write at least a few words about the community of athletes that makes up PXM CrossFit. The people who train at PXM are fantastic human beings. They are supportive and encouraging and *kind.* They welcome new athletes wholeheartedly. They train hard and they play hard. It is a wonderful community to be a part of.

I mean, how can anyone say anything negative about PXM Crossfit!!!I was a coach at the old box (which was under different ownership) and i moved away when these 3 guys took the challenge and accepted it well!!!I’ve dropped in a couple times recently and i continue to be amazed at all that is going on!!! To name some highlights: *drop ins always welcomed with open arms *amazing community *new equipment *clothing & water bottles always available for purchase *seminars often (double under clinic, nutrition clinic ) *variety of classes *coaches are always willing to spend extra time with members to help them growBottom line, PXM Crossfit is hands-down one of the best Crossfit gyms I’ve been too! Oh, and I’ve been Crossfitting and dropping into boxes since 2012!I highly recommend to anyone wanting a change, challenge, whatever it may be.... come talk to Senad, Lamont and/or Ben at PXM!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!
