Great gym for women. I felt comfortable working out there. Problems with accounting, including being the one business that can’t tell if the card on file is expired. And then they kept automatically charging monthly memberships and no one knew how to stop it. Gym itself is good, but management made it easy to leave.

Great gym with good vibes! They recently updated their gym as well to make it more spacious. If you're looking for a great personal trainer, I would HIGHLY recommend you ask for Jordan Prewitt.

Update, 2 years on: This is not a gym that likes to settle. Like a gym goer, it's constantly improving. There's now HIIT small group classes, 5 squat racks (when I joined, there were two), a small selection of weekend group classes, additional cardio equipment, and more. Still friendly, still super clean, still an excellent gym.Great gym. Hesitant to leave a good review, because one of the things I love is its lack of crowds. A decent array of fitness classes come with membership, there's a great selection of fitness equipment, everything is really clean, the staff is friendly, and the price is good for the location.

I get a great deal here becasuse I work in the Mart. But regardless, it's a really cool gym. The staff make it. I'd recomend it if you work in the Mart of nearby

This gym's staff is highly educated, and customer friendly. The general facility, amenities and machines are always clean and in great condition. I am consistently impressed with the trainers' knowledge and expertise and management's customer service.
