I have been a member of In Motion Fitness for 25 years. I love this place. It truly has everything you could ever want. I love the beautiful lap pool most of all. The weights are incredible. The cardio room is the best around. The locker room is top notch with awesome showers, a sauna and a steam room! In Motion is by far the best place to workout in Chico! Great staff as well!

Probably the cleanest, most beautiful gym I’ve ever been to. The options of several different variations of machines (which are in great condition), activities, classes available (daily), and the gym hours are an absolute godsend to fitting in a great workout. Nice lap pool. I wish they maintained the place better. Men's sauna / steam room are down frequently. Hot tubs could be cleaner. Gym equipment is downright terrible. Wobbly benches and not enough equipment to go around.

The good....premiere gym/club in Chico. Family friendly and group friendly exercise. The first picture is my service animal! No pets allowed. No matter you fitness level this is a great place.The bad... they don’t have paddle boards for the pool.

Great gym. They have a lot to offer. A bunch of free weights, cardio equipment, and it’s all spread out in many different rooms. They have an outdoor track and a small rock wall. Basketball court is full size but it seems small. But overall great gym.
