I joined WBF a couple of months ago to get back in shape after knee surgery. The results have been spectacular. Vanessa is a great trainer and has helped me get significantly stronger and move much better. The facility and machines are top notch. I joined Whole Body almost a year ago and it’s been the best decision I’ve made! I’ve signed up with other gyms and trainers in the past but always lost motivation or felt embarrassed to go within weeks. Whole Body makes you feel comfortable, welcome and my body is stronger and healthier! The place is kept clean and equipment is always in good shape. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for.The staff here is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Ian took the time to assess my fitness goals and create a customized workout plan to help me achieve them. Their expertise has been invaluable in guiding me through my fitness journey.The gym itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are also commendable, which is especially important in these times.What truly sets this gym apart is the supportive and motivating atmosphere.The only drawback is the cost, which is a big concern, if you are able to fit it in your budget, I highly recommend.

I am a seventy five year old woman and have never been a gym person. Four months ago I spent an unexpected two weeks in the hospital recovering from open heart surgery. I left the hospital with no muscle tone. I looked at my body and saw only hanging skin. I was devastated, , emotionally crushed and weak. I decided to become a gym person.The trainers at WBF are brilliant. They knew my limitations and worked miracles with my mental and physical challenges. The program here is designed to build strength incrementally. Every time I come here I can do more. I feel my strength returning, my muscle tone has improved dramatically, my mental attitude swiftly changed from depression to elation.WBF has restored my confidence and inspired me to reach for goals I did not know existed. I was invited to join by friends. Now I have made more friends and it feels like family here. We work hard and also enjoy sharing our lives together. The trainers are next level. They are true experts. If any one of us has physical limitations, they have answers to still get a great workout, but in a careful and safe manner. All of this and more keeps me coming back!

Great gym and you get what they advertise. Very positive environment from both the staff and the members. Attentive staff makes sure you get the workout specified for your wants and needs and make sure you have the appropriate form. I have been going for 2 years now and thoroughly look forward to the next session.

I started going to Whole Body Fitness over 9 years ago. The model that they use by having small groups of 3-4 people with a trainer works really well for me. They are able to personalize the training to meet my personal goals and needs. Their trainers are top notch and motivate me to push myself while keeping my safety a priority. The workouts are varied so I don't get bored. Having personal relationships with the trainer and the others that I work out with keeps me motivated to come back day after day and I love feeling strong and healthy!
