He is an excellent trainer. Kevin listens to you and checks every month your changes. If you want to target a specific area, he works with you and see how can you improve your exercise, posture, and diet. He has a physical therapists background and he knows how to avoid injuries when you are doing the exercises. If you are injured, he focuses on how to improve your injury and help you to hill faster. Kevin was a great personal training who really helped me improve in my lower body work outs.
