I have trained with many trainers in the past, but Kevin is by far the best. I have gained a lot of strength and flexibility since training with him. Ever since I've been training with Kevin, I've noticed that I am stronger, have more energy, and move with less pain than my friends who are much younger than me. Kevin is a kind, patient, knowledgeable, and experienced trainer who genuinely cares about helping you get to your fitness goals! He's a licensed physical therapist assistant and has a B.S. kinesiology along with 10 years of experience, so he knows his stuff!

Kevin is an amazing trainer! I had a winging scapula when I first started training with him and because of his Physical Therapy background, he knew exactly what exercises and stretches we needed to work on to fix this.
