Dirty bad service

I've been going to the gym for nearly a decade now. I've been to tons of gyms in the area. LA Fitness, fitness 19, crunch fitness, anytime fitness. Ive been through a lot of gyms over the years. I have never once seen a gym as over crowded and unmaintained as this gym. I went for the first time yesterday at midnight and literally every machine was in use - there was barely space to walk around comfortably. It was raining and they had SEVERAL buckets catching water where their roof had leaks throughout the building. The mens restroom smelled so god awful I actually couldnt stop gagging ( I'm a man and I've grown up using public mens restrooms - they smell, but this was on a whole new level ). This gym was absolutely disgusting and I regret signing up without checking it out first. I fear what the sauna/steam rooms/pool areas look like. Its a shame that this is the only 24 hour gym near me because I honestly cant see myself coming back here with how horrible it was. The owner will comment on these reviews but nothing has changed over the years of similar complaints. Go read the reviews yourself. This gym needs to be renovated or torn down - its a disgrace to the 24 hour fitness chain - i'm surprised its still open with the condition it is in.

Extremely overcrowded,sauna smells like body odour and buttcheeks. Steam room out of service. Weights scattered all over the floor. Zero gym etiquette from majority of clientele which is many young looking kids. This gym could be useful but sadly its not maintained. Please hire me I'll make sure to clean

This gym is SOOO CROWDED!!!! There is no room to workout, half the equipment is broken, and you can’t get a decent workout in because you’re constantly waiting for a machine to open up.

Signed up a month ago and this month when I was billed they charged me another $49.99 for a yearly annual fee…. They try to make it seem like I should’ve known because it’s in the contract supposedly when I signed up but that’s really something they should say to there members when they sign up… terrible don’t sign up here scammers will charge you whenever they want

I love my zumba..thread mill and other's exercises equipment.My complaint is the steam room that's not fixed for almost 2 months now and the shortage of dispensing soap in the shower..I know I bring my own shampooconditioner and body soap but still it's so annoying when you want to use it ..and nothing..I already complaint last Wednesday but still no action I saw ..and bathroom is so filthyYou could tell that it's not clean since last Wednesday that I complaint

This facility needs more attention.The steam room has been close for almost a month.The dryer for the swimsuit is been down for almost a month..The Hindi cap shower curtaineeds to be replaced it's or clean or wash.. Shampoo shampoo hardly ever do you find one that has?

Very rude never would I go back. Staff were so rude . I went to try out the gym and they didn’t even welcome me in .

I don’t have really anything too positive to say about this gym. Its filthy. This Chino location (although a little more newer looking inside) and the Chino Hills location are so dirty. I think it has a lot to do with hardly ever seeing any cleaning crew out on the floor or in the locker rooms. The saunas look like they’ve never been cleaned before. The pool people completely soak the sauna and track dirt in so the floor looks muddy. The wood that you sit on in the sauna is heavily stained and looks like it’s never been cleaned once. I’m only here because my boyfriend pays for my membership, but I plan on leaving soon to a new gym that’s hopefully well-maintained.
