This gym is not a super sport no more they took away The towel service It’s not even worth paying 41 bucks for this and it’s like every week the machines are broken. And the customer service sucks it’s it's all about Member Service First.

I had the worst experience of customer service last week Conner Kostman a trainer there at 24 hr. Fitness was so very rude and unethical as a "professional" when i was about to use some of the resistant bands he immediately ask for them practically took them from my hands as if i was going to take them..UNBELIEVABLE i have brought my sister that day with me now she doesnt even wanna come back to that gym! i have been attending this gym for over a yearBecause is bigger but even chino hillsBeing a regular sports gym allows for those same bands to be used by any customer NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! It's sad to know that he's part of such team that does not behave as he does as in individual! I will NEVER recomend anyone to train with this Man! That is not a way to attract customers in fact it's the perfect way to push them away!!!

This 24 hour fitness it's unprofessional. Working out with my coworkers and the manager pull me in her office and tell me I was acting like a personal trainer and I cannot allow that And I tell her I'm just working out with my coworkers I'm not even certified to person a train people. I've been going there for 2 years and been doing the same thing I think they need to work on their customer service how to aproach people. Going to cancel my membership and go somewhere else They don't realize we pay for our membership For them to work there. it's all about Member Service First. If they cannot do that you don't know how to run a business It's all about taking care of your members. They should get a 0 star

They don’t provide towels anymore but still charge the same amount for membership. They cut their aqua classes. They don’t keep the pool heated to a comfortable temperature anymore. They don’t fix equipment when broken like the swimsuit ringer. $ driven without the customer satisfaction aspect

Agree with other I-2 star reviews. Customer service needs to be improved. They seem like only care about if you are going to buy their membership. When first time I came to take a look, I didn’t receive any welcome from the front desk. They didn’t give me a tour. Instead, they introduced various options of their membership. That’s it.

I love this location! Every single time I come in I feel like I'm welcomed! I never feel judged or ignored by staff. I've gone to the location in Fontana since it's near my job but I always have the worse experience there as if I'm not " good enough "for them!. I'm glad I have the chino gym near my home♡

Good gym but the gym isn’t happy with the money they bring in on dues. Master trainers hog up much of the area for hours. Then your not allowed to work out there due to “Liability “. Really????The MASTER TRAINER needs to be delegated a set of hours only. I been i the gym as early as 330 am and as late as mid noon and she is also posting here stay away zones. Really?

I had previously written a 1- star review, but it looks like it was removed, so I'm writing a new one. I've only been a member of this location since it has become a super sport and i am majorly unimpressed. The people who work at the kids club are rude and not at all friendly to the little ones when you're dropping them off. My 5yr old tells me they're mean and yell. They kicked him out when he was 2 for dropping crayons on the floor on purpose. There are always inoperable treadmills and elliptical machines, and their machines are always dirty. The showers don't seem to be regularly cleaned throughout the day because of the disgusting amounts of hair on the walls and in the drains. Very small free weights area and amount of actual weights for a larger gym. Although they provide a towel service, oftentimes no towels are available. The staff are always just chatting with eachother and act quite put out if you interrupt their conversations to ask questions. I go out of my way and drive further to go to Ontario because their gym is maintained so much better.

Working out at this place is like following wedding vows... for Richer or Poorer... They want to become richer as we become poorer. They consistently bug you about hiring personal trainers, bring another person to join, etc.... In Sickness and Health... They need to pay more attention and control the cleanliness of their establishment. Their lack of caring allows people to utilize the jacuzzi or pool without showering. I have seen too many people go directly to the jacuzzi from the sauna and steam room on a daily event. My health, along with many others are at risk because this place is too lazy to purchase proper signage to advise to properly shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi. They need to place signage at the pool showers that prohibit people from utilizing shampoos, oils, conditioners, etc. I have already slipped twice due to the slick residue left by those products. I do applaud them for removing the towel service. Now there aren't any dirty wet towels left inside the locker room, showers, steam room or sauna. I don't applaud them for not giving us a discount on that service that is no longer available. One of the reasons I upgraded to this location was they sold me on the fact that they had that service available. If they are still collecting the money... At least buy proper permanent signage that is desperately needed. The cheap printed out paper doesn't do it for me. One... it looks unprofessional... Two... most people don't even read them because it is usually informing about a new swim class, hire a trainer, discount on gym gear, etc. Till Death to us Part... They just keep bugging us to death about bringing in more members. This type of sales technique is what is going to cause me to part from this company and seek a better option to work out at. For Better or Worse... They need to work on being better than worse. I am a person who believes in standards and requirements. This location and all other 24 Hour Fitness Centers need to reevaluate their standards and requirements.
