Right here is getting crowded. Like CROWDED, most people just sitting on the equipment watch their cell phone !!! Guys if you like your cellphone step off the equipment or just stay home watch it .Getting crazy in this gym, soap and wipes are out most of the time.Some hot equipment is always occupied, they need to add some new equipment.I am considering stopping the membership

Great local gym to the Preserve in Chino. Staff takes pride, constantly cleaning and making changes to better the members experience. Very friendly and know you by first name, safe environment and close to other convenient establishments. I highly recommend this gym. Ask for Tristin, friendly and will always look out for the members. 10/10 !!

I have other locations closer to me but I don’t mind the extra 20+ min to get to this place its literally my favorite gym and location to work out at. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It’s always maintained clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend others coming here if they want a gym with good vibes, no judgement and welcoming environment. Members with a valid key fob are allowed to open the doors unless authorized for our safety which I love and appreciate especially when I go late at night after staff hours.

Above and Beyond Customer ServiceI had an inconvenience at the gym the other day and Tristan went above and beyond to ensure that it was solved. Not only did he personally call me after hours, but he stayed on the phone with me until the problem was resolved. It was great to see someone who genuinely cared and was willing to assist in any way possible. Tristan sets a high bar for customer service and his efforts did not go unnoticed. Highly recommended!

Transferred to this gym from another. I am very satisfied with the decision. The facility is clean with a great selection of equipment. Also like how products are for sale 24/7 with qr code scan to purchase.
