Always packed

This is the perfect gym if you love disorganized and dirty machines. Their best feature is the homeless people cleaning their feet in the open and the staff who do nothing!

Overall good people, good environment. The only downside is that the equipment is showing its wear.

Steven the “manager” was very unprofessional when simply asking a simple question. you’re a gym manager not a ceo so come down from your high horse . Learn some manners and respect .

it’s honestly not that bad; the ac is decent and it can get crowded at times but if ur coming here to utilize the 24/7 service and u start working out maybe 5 am or 10 pm it’s not too packed. the people here kinda suck tho nobody puts back their weights and everything is kinda everywhere

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! I’ve been coming here for close to a year now and never had a bad experience but tonight WAS HORRIBLE! I came in as usual and brought a friend to show her around and the front desk employees were HORRIBLE, they denied a free day pass based on assumption that my guest had been at 24hr before WHICH THEY WERE WRONG! the way they were speaking to us and literally ignoring us was very humiliating! DAMIAN who originally started helping us was the one making unreasonable assumptions before even obtaining any information from guest and later joined the conversation TIM who by far was disgustingly rude and completely un-educated in the manner he spoke to us and to a point left me speaking and turned around and pretended to ask someone else “Oh can I help you” I felt horrible and 24 Hr fitness really needs to monitor and be careful on the way guests are being treated. Again WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!

Today 8/18 at 11:30pm I was denied the entry during my 3 day pass, the guy with glasses in the lobby was very rude and unfriendly, told me that I should leave or pay the day because my pass doesn’t work after 11:00pm. I only can work out after 11 and that’s why I choose “24hour”fitness , I had no problem at all the last days using my pass during this hour, I told him that I he didn’t care at and told me to leave.I was decided to join this gym after my pass expiration date on 8/19 but this definitely change my mind. I already submitted a compliant on their page.

Really HORRIBLE customer service of TIM and DAMIAN came in with a 3 day gym pass and apparently I had to pay 25 dollars for a day pass. Make it make sense. They lack work ethics and customer service training. If a client is speaking to you, you don’t turn around and ignore the client TIM. I would like a manager or supervisor to contact me. The gym is extremely dirty and falling apart. How is there no MANAGER looking after them ? They are clearly not sufficient to be left alone. How do you hold someone’s ID without telling them you are going to hold their ID. Lack of professionalism lack of simple communication skills.

You know I must say that the only reason why I continue to be a member with 24 hour fitness is because sometimes on the weekend I like to go to the gym late. This filth is unacceptable, I can't be the only one who sees this. This is not only a health hazard because of the mold but there is a potential that someone can slip and fall on this slimy floor. Please clean this up, what will it take, a little bleach?Anyway, would be nice to see this all gone when I return.

Terrible front desk Staff. They like to kick everyone outof the studio room so they can have private one on one sessions. Extremely crowded and bad ventilation. Clientele shows little consideration for other gym members. Groups of kids hog machines for up to an hour on the gym floor. Dumbells are scattered everywhere. Gym etiquette is lacking between members. Facility could be pleasant for a nice weight training session but sadly it is way over capacity. Better off paying extra and going somewhere better.
