Best bootcamp in town

I’ve been here a month and I absolutely love it! The trainers/ coaches are amazing and help you stay dedicated. The workouts are always fun and everyday it’s something different to look forward to. Huge thank you to the coaches for following up and helping me staying on track, for helping with the diet plan and for being so approachable. All of them. Thank you! Definitely recommend this gym.

I have never been the gym type and I for sure don’t know any workouts/exercises or how to properly use the equipment. Needless to say I was kind of intimidated coming in. My first day at boot camp was really awesome, mainly because the people are incredibly nice and caring. People really seemed to support and encourage everyone else. Mark is incredible will come around to make sure you have the proper technique. He has a great personality, sociable, funny and just a really easy going guy. The people really make this gym. Now that I have been coming here for about a month and I am starting to see some changes and I am just falling in love with myself all over again. I never really noticed that my body started to change until my friends have said something. They noticed I am losing the weight in my face. With that being said, I can now see that I definitely have started to tone up. I technically haven’t lost any weight, but I know I am gaining more muscle. Coming here has changed the way I look at working out and I actually do enjoy it now and I can’t wait to see the changes that will come.

Next level gym/chino hills indoor bootcamp:My experience and thoughts 💭 thus far....I can write a long review but I will to keep it short and simple. Husband and I signed up back in May, 2018. We had attended another bootcamp a few years ago. Took a couple years off from this type of workout. We have no regrets ever starting up again and stepping foot at this new location for us. At first it was a bit intimidating because I had not done a bootcamp workout for a couple of years. Yes grant it we have a home gym with weights and machines. Not the same as an indoor/outdoor bootcamp. Everyone from the trainers to the regulars were very welcoming. You can feel the positive and motivational vibe like one big hug. I can not begin to reiterate and put into words how Albert , Mark and John have had a huge influence and impact on me when getting back into working out and getting healthier and stronger by the day. These guys are huge on staying focused on eating healthy and staying active and on track. This bootcamp uses every second, minute in working out and push you to your limits (modify for those that need it). I still get sore to the day (7months in) I don’t know how they do it but just when I thought these workouts could not get any more challenging they do. All the blood, sweat and tears have been worth it. I highly recommend this bootcamp to anyone at any level of fitness. I’ve also met some awesome people that attend. I LOVE NEXT LEVEL GYM/CHINO HILLS INDOOR BOOTCAMP

I came to Chino Hills Indoor Bootcamp to change up my workout routine and add more intensity. Mark and Albert not only welcomed me in like family...they always make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly so you don’t injure yourself. The workouts are constantly changing daily which hit different muscle groups which I absolutely love! If you’re looking for a great gym to either lose weight, gain muscle or both...this is the place to check out!

I have been going to Chino Hills Indoor Bootcamp for the past 6 months and I am so happy with my decision to come here, I haven’t felt this good in a long time. I’ve lost 15 lbs and gained muscle mass at the same time. John, Albert and mark do their absolute best at training and helping every single person as well as making you feel like you are a part of their family. These guys also work with each person to modify an exercise to best suit you. You guys are awesome, keep up the great work! I would highly recommend this bootcamp to anybody.

I have been going to Chino Hills Indoor Bootcamp at The Next Level Gym for 3 months now, and in that time, I have lost 25lbs of fat, added 16lbs of muscle and lowered my body fat by 8%.Training with Mark Haro over the past 3 months has been an overwhelmingly amazing experience. It's hard to discuss without sounding like I'm either making a commission or practicing to be on an informercial, but it's hard to not be enthusiastic about the results. But be assured I neither make any money, nor do I have anything financial at stake with this review.First, most gyms can be pretty intimidating. Not this gym. It's smaller than a big box gym like 24 Hour Fitness or LA Fitness, but that has only positives.Mark knows all of the people in his classes by name, and takes an active interest in your health. Most chain gyms make money off of people *not* going to the gym (less people in the gym means they can sell more memberships and less upkeep on the equiment). The Next Level Gym gets business because the best advertising is the transformation in peoples lives. In addition to the classes (3 days a week, all the machines and weights available the rest of the week for cardio as well), Mark also takes your weight and body fat measurements regularly and gives you a nutrition plan targeted to your goals.I can't begin to tell you how important this short feedback loop is. My first month, I was depressed that I only lost a few pounds on the scale. Turns out I had lost 13lbs of fat and gained 8lbs of muscle.Without this information, it would have been very easy to give up.Also, about the nutrition plan. You will eat more than you're probably used to on any other diet, because it's not designed to be a diet, but just the way to eat.(It will seem like it's too many carbs or too much food, and that you can shortcut it by eating less... this won't work. The plan works perfectly, just not at fad-diet speeds. You might not lose 20lbs in 17 days, but you'll be able to live comfortably on what you're eating for the rest of your life). My whole life, I would become incredibly irritable before lunch, and get headaches in the late afternoon and evening.Since starting the nutrition plan, it actually takes effort to get all of the calories in, and my headaches and irritability have completely disappeared.I used to balk when I would hear active people talk about how exercise gives them so much energy. I'm a natural home body, and all of my interests (from reading, drawing to watching movies) are all stationary activities. But since starting with Mark, I actually often feel an urge to get up and move. I kid you not, one Sunday morning my wife woke up at 7am to find me mopping the kitchen floor.Mark always keeps the exercises fresh and interesting, and just on the days when I'm kind of dreading going (usually a leg day on Wednesday ;), Mark will have changed up the exercises to either being completely new, or some variation that changes the entire dynamic. Also, Mark is one of the real tough guys around, and you can tell because he garners respect without intimidation. In fact, I have never seen Mark in a bad mood. He's really one of the nicest people you could ever meet, and he's insanely passionate about helping people reach their health goals.I can't say enough good things about Mark and The Next Level Gym.
