Love bringing our children here. Our 10 year old and 8 year old both train here and it's been amazing to see their growth both physically and mentally in such a short period of time. I highly recommend MMA training for girls, I never thought I would say this. My son was the first to start training at CMS and seeing her brother motivated my daughter to start too. Ever since my daughter started coming here she has grown in both confidence and strength. Sensei Tony and Sensei Josh are highly skilled, they are true professionals and I appreciate the MMA skills and life lessons they are teaching our children.

We’ve been coming here for 10+ years. It’s been a great place for my kids to grow in confidence and get the best training around in MMA!

My son has been taking classes here for a couple years. He loves it here! His confidence level has improved and he’s so proud of everything he’s learned from Sensei Tony and Josh. We’re excited to continue to watch him grow.

I love this place my son and I just started, and we love it, my son takes the 4-5 I do the 5-6 twice a week and 7-8 class 3 times a week. I love the kickboxing and grappling!!! Sensei Josh and sensei Tony are so good with kids and teaching and they have so much patience. You can tell they both have had kids they are excellent with my boy. They teach these kids discipline, and respect. I love how they teach their classes and how they physically teach it’s very hands on. I highly recommend this place. Great exercise while doing a great sport. There is classes for everyone.

I have been there for 3 years and I absolutely love it. The sensei Emory, Josh, and Tony are really great teachers and if had to go anywhere it would be there.

This place is amazing!! My boys are 6 and 8 and they love it! Both Sensei Emory and Sensei Josh are GREAT trainers. They teach the kids how to fight, how to be disciplined, and it's amazing how patient and encouraging they are to all the little fighters. I love watching them train. It's freaking awesome! :)

So I waited a few weeks before leaving a review.So on the surface they are your typical MMA gym. Great floor plan, has all equipment needed to run any type of MMA training. Has a decent work out area as well.Onto the training currently my 4yr old is taking classes with both Sensai Emory and Sensai Tony. She is absolutely loving it! They both are absolutely the perfect balance of fun and discipline while staying true to teaching these young kids the basics of protecting themselves, while encouraging confidence. Increasing there agility, strength and overall physical ability!!!We are so in love with this place my wife and I will also be joining to get into shape and learn with this amazing group. They are great for the MMA fighter wanting to perfect his craft or the Dad or mom looking to increase there physical ability. I started in Karate at a young age I received my Brown belt in Kenpo Karate, as well as taken a few years of Thai Boxing. So far this gym is great for any type of interest!

Great Program! My 11 year old son has been in over a year, in that time has went from C'S & D's to STRAIGHT A's in all classes. The classes institute great confidence and discipline in those involved. Great Work CMS!
