All I have to say is the manager Randy Samuel is one of the kindest human being that I’ve known. Thank you so much for your help.

I had high hopes for this gym but turns out they suck. On 10-13-2023 the opening person didn’t show up. I waited for 30 minutes before deciding to leave. The gym is suppose to open at 7 AM on the weekend but they need to get staff that actually shows up on time. The machines also need replacing and updating. There are machines that don’t work (7 treadmills) and are just there wasting space. Sanitizing wipes are not refilled in the morning. Very disappointed.

Your janitors are serious douchbags. They do not care about any of the clients here. Also there's never any wet wipes anymore while I see the janitors just talking working out. This place has gone downhill

Beware of signing up- this location scammed me. I tried canceling my membership with them, and the manager Kassandra told me that I had a contract and would have to pay a penalty fee plus half of the remaining months which amounted to a few hundred dollars. I ended up paying the membership for another 7 months because the penalty to cancel would end up being more expensive. I called again 7 months later to cancel my contract, and was told by a team member that my account did not reflect anything about me having a contract. Therefore the manager basically lied to me so I could keep paying the membership. I talked to new manager Michael who said he would try to help me with getting me reimbursed for being lied to and tricked into paying 7 months worth of a membership I couldn’t use. I got no response. This facility also doesn’t have the best machines or variety, wasn’t worth the money.

Of the crunch locations I have been to, this one is not ideal. Much of the equipment is old and worn out. There is not a lot of free open space, it could definitely get unusable at peak times, especially if they use of the space reserved for their group classes. There are not as many machines as one would like. Only 1 olympic squat rack which is old the HIIT area is small and rickety, the whole thing you can shake it if you hang from the bars. The free weights area is extremely cramped and not ideal, not enough benches and missing some of the good stations that other locations have. Only one area with cable stations and in general the whole place is cramped. The bathrooms are fine as long as you don't mind a big common shower (for the men, can't speak for women's restroom).I would not recommend this location for your main location compared to others.

I already belong to a gym, but I went to Crunch with a friend to assist her with the workout machines. So we went, yo the gym and wow, it was so clean! The manager Michael was very attentive and kind and friendly. He took the time to assist us with our needs. All their staff are kind and knowledgeable. We both still wear masks and disinfect everything. At Crunch there are lots of wipes to disinfect and smells fresh. These are very important details to me. They have movies and music playing while exercising, and gives you encouragement. We enjoy Crunch because everyone focuses on their own routine and minds their business, which I also like. One other great thing about Crunch is the great price. It also includes a tanning area, which is a plus, since summer is almost here!

Management here has remain Incomplete and useless. I was a member to this location for years, however there Management hires were just getting rude to ignorant. I also had the inconvenience with their Mexican male cleaning man harassing me and bringing this to the male "manager " was a waste of my time. I'm so glad for the terrible customer service I decided to join 24 hrs across the street and it's the best decision I've made! Be careful do not pay with credit card if your still adamant about joining this gym ,..

Crunch gym is a huge scamming corporation! I've been robbed of $298 because the whole corporation ignored me when I tried being refunded. I signed up for a competition they had in September but I lost my job not long after so I called and emailed to cancel my participation before the charge went through and was ignored and charged anyway for $149. I've called and emailed so many times and heard nothing from anyone. Then on the 23rd of this month I was charged again for the same amount for no reason! It seems like I'm not getting any help from anyone working for Crunch and I'm getting fed up and scared that they are going to rob me of more money. I'm contemplating on whether I should contact the Better Business Bureau. I've sent emails and called the corporate already and I just don't know what else to do. I would love to cancel my membership too but they also make that near impossible as well. I just want my money back and for the gym to take my card off their system so they won't randomly charge me again for nothing. I have proof for everything and hopefully I'll hear from someone this time. Also the manager at this location Edgar was not nice or professional and did not even try to help me with this situation. He was on his phone when I went in and made me wait for him to be done texting or something and didn't even try to look up my account to help me out.

Good gym. Like most crunch gyms. Not much natural light. Clean. Good place to workout. Didn't give it 5 stars, because of the sketchy people passing through the parking lot most days.
