Unprofessional staff who laugh in your face while sharing your frustrations about their lack of communication. My daughter was dropped from level 2 to level 1 in the middle of class after being in level 2 for 2 months with no fair warning. When I asked about it to the manager, Coach Sabrina flat-out lied, saying she had been communicating with me for weeks. My daughter had no idea what to do when she was told by Coach Sabrina she did not belong in level 2 and wandered around the gym on the verge of tears because grownups pushed her away.My daughter has been at Winners Gymnastics for 5 months and took 2 classes a week for the first two months, and she has yet to be taught how to do a cartwheel. The gym's suggestion? Take two weekly classes again or pay $60 an hour for private lessons. There are too many students per class, which does not allow time for proper instruction. This place is an unprofessional money grab. Do your research on other local gyms before signing up for Winners Gymnastics. They do not respect the parents or inform you on the children’s progress. Coach Sabrina is childish and unprofessional as she continually smirked and giggled during our conversation and walked away laughing.Update to respond to owner:The problem is not that she was sent back to level 1, that’s fine; the problem is that nothing was communicated to me prior, although Sabrina lied, saying she was in communication with me weeks prior and it happened in the middle of a class session which led my daughter to be walking around the gym confused, that should not have happened. Also, Sabrina’s disrespect towards me, the parent, by laughing in my face, knowing you (the owner) will allow her to get away with it as she did it right in front of you. You even doubled down by offering to drop my daughter from classes and said, “Can we just get back to work?” as if you were upset by my actions and not of your staff who caused this. I genuinely feel discriminated against because we are Hispanic.

I haven't explored other classes yet, but I wouldn't recommend the preschool class based on my daughter's experience with different coaches. The coaches were not good at organizing classes and interacting with the little ones.

It's been 2 years that our daughter is attending their recreational gym sessions, and no improvement, they asked me to dedicate more time and bring her more than once a week to the gym, also they enrolled more than 10 kids in each class with one unexperienced coach, that the coach was not supervising and leading the kids appropriately.

Great staff, RUDE managers. Went in today for a private lesson all went well and instructor was great with our daughter. Problem arose when the coach was debriefing us on the lesson, when an older Asian lady rudely interrupted the conversation. she informed us to be there 5 minutes early and very rudely pulled the instructor from the conversation. As a matter of facts, the hours are listed as being open at 2pm we arrived approx. 2:18, my son checked the door and it was locked, wasn't until almost 2:28 a staff member opened the door and let us in(almost 30 minutes late opening), it was a few more minutes until the instructor was ready for the session. Lesson didn't start till after the appointment. As you can see we were on time and in fact earlier then what this lady mentioned, this is not our fault and place blame on the business. Don't believe me, great, check the time stamps on your security cameras and see for yourself. This is not the way to treat new club members and expect a written apology to our family and the approx. 5 minutes of instructions since the manager was being rude/pety over 2 minutes after the hour.

My daughter and my son was here for 1 year. Nothing but a wonderful experience. Coaches are wonderful, caring, and professional. Very organized and structured, and children that want to compete on consistently being evaluated to learn more skills and move up. Winner is very clean and well taken care of. Amazing gym overall. Because of work we need to move. Missing Winner and the coaches and kids. Thank you coach Kristine and Eva. Thank you for the best memory for my kids! Love you all!

When I signed up, there were seven children in a class. Today, total 12 kids are in class together. Did they put different level together? What about the younger kids? And changing teachers again, it's really messy. It's really getting worse

We have been coming here for over 3 years. We have also tried out different gyms for my kids. And Winner's is by far the only gym of choice for us in this family. Their prices are fair. The coaches are the real deal here. And they help all ages too!
