When I came to base around 16 weeks ago or so I was able to move some weight but I could not move my body at all. With the help of Steve, Jamnes, and Rick I feel so much faster and my coaches for football have noticed it. They have made me faster and stronger while putting on weight for my upcoming senior season. My explosiveness has been better than ever before and I can truly say that is because of their ability to teach me. They create a great atmosphere in there while you workout and I highly recommend going to Base.

Base staff are professionals and on top of their game.I am a 35 year old male dealing with knee, back, and hip pain. Always been active my adult life with work out and sports.My body was not responding the same way so I was looking for 1 on 1 training to get the body aligned and to eliminate morning after pain and better all around health.After 5 weeks my body is "stacked" properly and muscle had been developed that helps with proper alignment across the skeletal structure.I feel great the day after sports no more pain, my body has not looked or felt better in last 10 years. Very happy with the results 5 weeks in and look forward to continued improvements will keep the post updated.Shout out to Steve for making the process engaging, challenging but low pressure.Base trainers are experts in their field and are invested in every step of the journey to achieving your goals.

Base is the best! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I went to Base to help me with some strength and alignment issues after having hip replacement surgery. Base really took me under their wing and took on the challenge, which in turn lead me to having proper body alignment, safe body mechanics, and last but not least putting 20 lbs of muscle on me! Quality gym.

I heard about BASE from a bunch of kids on my football team who would always say how great it is. Once I committed to play football at Depauw University for next year I decided to join and see what all the hype was about. I am extremely glad I joined because it deserves all the hype. Right when I got there everyone welcomed me with open arms because we all had one common goal which was to get better. I was able to make tremendous strides with my strength and athleticism to get ready for the next level. I’m very glad I was able to meet some of my favorite coaches and friends through BASE.

Hi My name is Hailey Markworth and i’m a Basketball player out of La Grange, Illinois who will be headed to Winona State University this upcoming fall. I started base shortly after my sophomore year basketball season. After playing a year of varsity basketball I realized strength, agility and speed were going to be a huge part of my game if I wanted to play at the next level. In my first weeks of base I was given a foundation for lifts according to my specific sport, basketball. With time I saw a lot of improvement in not only my lifts but basketball as well. As I am about to begin my freshman year in college, I am extremely confident and excited headed into the intense student athlete lifestyle. With that said BASE has taught me commitment, focus and determination that I am very thankful for!

I have been going to base for 2 years now . This is the perfect place to come to and learn how to weight lift properly while still seeing/getting the growth you want. The trainers here are great they pride themselves on getting to know you and actually building a personal relationship with you. In my 2 years I have gained over 20 pounds of muscle, My numbers have sky-rocketed and most importantly I can call BASE family! The atmosphere at BASE is great and I highly recommend giving BASE a try!! (YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT)

I have been going to base for over three years now and I can say it has changed my life. When I arrived I was slow, weak, and undisciplined. Now I am committed to Princeton for football and I have over 20 other offers. If your trying to improve on the field, it starts in the weight room and Base knows what will get you to the next level. Base is fantastic for beginners because they lay out an easy to follow programs and their excellent trainers help you perfect your technique. Base is also fantastic for more advance athletes as the program they give you scales to your strength and needs. The base trainers are very well educated about lifting science and always have alternatives lifts, if you are recovering from an injury. Over these past years Base has become a second home for me and I can truly say that it has changed my life for the better.
