It does what it's supposed to do. It's cheap & has decent amount of equipment, easy parking and acces. There's nothing fancy about the facilities but it's relatively clean and no one bothers you. About a quarter of the treadmills are often out of order, but you never have to wait for one. Some of the towel dispensers are usually empty so you have to wander to the next one to get a towel to wipe your equipment down.

Well maintained areas, always clean. Locker rooms are well kept. Very friendly staff. Majority of the time it's the same employees. They are always doing something unlike other locations where they seem a bit too relaxed. The temperature inside is normally a good temperature with a good amount of airflow to assure there isn't some sort of smell.

This gym is in distress, poor, dirty conditions. Most machines are labeled " temporarily out of service" for several weeks. Even the power tower is wobbly as one of the legs are shorter than the rest. The staff is ignorant and rude, they are unable to say "hello". They just mean mug you at the entrance. The gym and specifically the bathrooms are filthy. The wifi moves as fast as dial up service. There is no water bottle fountain for fast fill ups. Gym equipment is very worn and torn up.

First I will like to say sanitation is the first I look at when I walk in a gym never in my life walk into a gym that needs a huge team to clean this planet fitness! I had my worst experience at this location not only the majority of the Machines are not working there is dust all over them like a night crew don't come to wipe down clean on any of the machine at all! I also went to take a tan on one of the tan beds room #6 and I my self seen the tan bed of someone's body print of tanning lotion on it....I proceeded to look for a sanitation spray and there was none in the room I came out to enter another room none also I went to the front a employee was kindly helping me look for one jumping room to room to find a spray bottle SMH I had finally received one I not only had to clean the tanning bed but had to clean it six times it was oily and nasty, dirty and super dusty!! I never seen a workout places NOT ON TOP OF SOMETHING THATS SO IMPORTANT AS IN SANITATION!!!! I put blame on who ever is the manager for this team! I myself will love to take there place and have Forrest Prak Planet Fitness shining as if the places was just opening!!! I Highly recommend adding santition signs in each tanning room witch there is none and by the Machines!!! I put two stars for nice employees they just need a better leader! Pick me🙋🏽!

Honestly this gym has a great atmosphere and facility . However, I recently left for college and cancelled my membership last year. Then came back for winter break and restarted the membership for about a month and got charged 20 dollars after it was cancelled on top of the $10 monthly fee then another 40 which was not the annual fee and no one could tell me where the charges came from. I called planet fitness and kept receiving the run around. Either the manager was never there or walked away for a moment. It took about 4 calls to finally speak to a manager . When I did, the situation never got resolved because I emailed the bank statement as the manager asked and was told they'd call back ; however I never received an email or call back . After receiving the run around for about 2 and a half weeks over the phone because I was in college hours away I just gave up because it was highly unprofessional.

Decent amount of space with lots of equipment available. Often however 2-4 treadmills will be out of order and cleanliness is not as high of a priority. Hours are reduced on weekends limiting those that like to work out in the evenings to have to travel pretty far for another near by 24/7 center.

I've been a member for over a year at the Forest Park location. The location is in a convenient location, safe environment, with a friendly staff! The equipment is up to date and always in good working condition. I never have to wait for the equipment, maybe due to the non-standard times that I attend!!! And the prices for membership can not be more affordable for whatever your economic situation!!! This location gets 5 stars from me!!!!

I just joined a week ago but already love it! Unlike other gyms I really don't feel judged here. I knocked it a star because there are a couple of machines I can't use because I'm too short (I asked one of the employees who tried to help me with no luck). I'm 5'3 so it's not like I'm super short. I also wish there were more employees to help explain the machines as some aren't that clear, especially when it comes to adjusting them. Other than that everything is great.

Super cheap cost for unlimited tanning, hydrobeds, massage chairs, and fitness equipment. The people here seem to be really nice as well. I also like that planet fitness doesn't condone body building... it makes it a much more relaxed experience when you're in there and you don't have guys with an inch of fabric on that they consider a "tank top".

The staff is friendly, they are constantly cleaning. The ladies locker room is also kept clean but the patrons need to take responsibility in keeping it clean also. The staff worked tirelessly to get this location open after the rain storm that kept it closed for a day and a half 6/31/16, but they accomplished it. My only complaint is do away with the tanning booth and get a sauna and I would upgrade to black.
