This is actually the worst planet fitness I’ve been to. It has only 3 benches, and smells like mold. The two machines I tried to use immediately broke.

Just starting to get back to a daly work out in the gym, been doing my workouts out side now that it’s just so bad out side. It’s been awhile but coming back was nice ,front desk staff were nice walked me through the new rules, not to bad still running with a mask on is hard ,hopefully that may change soon, still a clean place to get a work out in .👍

SMALL. This planet is a much smaller compared to other ones. No 360 area and really no where to do calisthenics workouts. Locker room and bathroom where filthy. Weights unorganized and just thrown everywhere. Lights where very dim, honestly hard to see in there. Would avoid if possible.

I went there today to use the total body enhancement therapy. Which uses supposedly red and infrared light to help with healing muscles and other things. I also used the hydro massage. The guy at the counter was soso, as far as customer service goes. But what really ticked me off is I really didn't get the full 12 minutes I was supposed on the total enhancement, and there were no red lights at all on it. They were all white. I've been coming to this particular PF for about a year now on and off and the hydromassage bed in the middle is still broken, and the one on the other end of the room wasn't working. I noticed there are always new people working there everytime i come there. Maybe their not being treated right i dont know. All I know is the equipment is not properly maintained there. It's very disappointing.

Gym is very clean and the staff are constantly cleaning up especially during covid. All members get their own disinfectant spray bottle as they walk in. I been to other gyms like xsport and i was surprised that I did not see 1 water bottle for anyone to use to spray down equipment nor were there any paper towels available for members to wipe down after use of equipment.

Not crowded which is great for me since I have social anxiety. The staff was extremely helpful showing me how to use my perks and some of the equipment. The place is very new and just a great atmosphere!

Super helpful friendly staff! This location has sanitizer stations at every section of exercise machines. Everything is super clean and organized. They're not kidding about the judgement free zone slogan-- I'm pretty big and nobody batted an eye at me trying things out for the first time. Hoping to come back to exercise again when my mental health allows~

It's key that this place is 24 hours. I work until 10:30 pm at Hines VA Hospital, head to PF, and equipment is very accessible, as there is less traffic moving around there at that time. Eric, behind the counter, is kind and helpful. I'm happy PF is located there.

HUGE gym. Lots of equipment. Nice staff. Staff is regularly cleaning/emptying trash/restocking paper towels/refilling cleaner bottles. The men's locker room is nice and clean as well. However, the lockers themselves need to be replaced. There are way too many broken lockers

Someone cut locks off in the men’s locker room on a Sunday. Nothing was stolen but I imagine the person took pictures of credit cards and I.D. After being a member there for 6 years, you would think management would at least call and say “we are aware of what happened Sunday and will tell staff to be more vigilant in the locker rooms, ” or something.
