The gym equipment is nice, but customer service to manage memberships changes or mischarges is abysmal.

My old apartment gym had more leg press machines than this place. Be prepared to have to wait to use the few leg machines here

$6 day pass… not too bad. Just wish I could use the tanning beds during that day!

My favorite gym I have been a member of. I love the classes and the instructors are great.

The gym isn't horrible but they use some sneaky tactics from a business standpoint. Basically, they try to make it as hard as possible to cancel. If you move to another state, you can't cancel by phone, you can't cancel at another location, and no one you speak with on the phone claims to have authority. In addition, you'll pay for the month after you cancel by policy. I moved to AZ and paid for over a year before I was back in town to cancel. They ripped me off.

Alex the GM is terrific. He’s always on the move working hard. His energy is super high! He’s one of the reasons why I come to this gym everyday.

I joined this gym strictly because they offer childcare. I also belong to the sports club but I still come here occasionally because the gym is pretty clean and organized to me. The setup is nice and most of the gym goers are friendly and serious about working out. I would suggest they post childcare hours online for the ones who use it so there’s no confusion when coming in. I’ve been turned away on days they don’t offer or hours they are taking a break and I think if you can update your Easter hours, you can update these as well so you’re respecting a mom who got her kids ready and wanted to do something positive only to be sent away. I’m sure this is their managers fault though as is not the friendliest and literally has never said hello and is usually buried in the computer. I think the kids who babysit are very friendly, and do ask if I care if my kids watch tv. I just want them to keep my kids alive and happy for 45-60 minutes, if it means turning a tv on to do that, I’m fine with it.

I was a regular at this location until I moved to Michigan. It was ok, but the mens locker room was consistently dirty, especially with urine covering the floors around the urinals (not the facility’s fault that their male members had terrible aim, but they could have tried to clean more frequently). I planned to stick with Crunch in Michigan but found after living here a few weeks that the traffic made the drive not really worth it, so I got a membership at a much closer gym. I have called three times to cancel the membership, requesting a callback from the manager, but he never returned my call. I just called again a few minutes ago and was told that I had to mail a signed letter with the reason for canceling. Why I was not instructed to do this weeks ago is incomprehensible. I was also told that it can take 10 days from the cancellation request for it to go through, which means that I’ll probably end up paying for another month. Gyms notoriously make canceling difficult, but the blatant misinformation (or lack of information) and unprofessionalism of the manager for not returning a phone call will result in never returning to Crunch, should I move closer to a location.

Was a great gym while I attended, usually pretty clean. Only complaint is when I first started I was harassed about doing their personal training non stop calls and text messages. I still stayed and had an overall good experience. Life changed and I moved jobs, needed to cancel. Very difficult to cancel . Once I was told it was canceled they still took money out of my account and overdrew it. I don’t even use the account I got an email stating that it was overdrawn.
