I’m so happy to find this studio! I’ve taken hot yoga classes with several different instructors, and they’ve all been terrific. If time allowed, I would be there every day.

Great spot for anyone from beginners to master yogis! Every instructor takes you through your own flow and speaks to everyone in the room at the same time. Love the heat!!!

Excellent prenatal class! Gentle but thorough, great community of women. Mindy has helped me address some pregnancy-induced low back issues and is very thoughtful in her approach. The studio is always sparkling clean.

I highly recommend Embra if you are looking for a yoga/Pilates studio. The teachers make the classes adaptable for all levels and are encouraging and experts in their field. There are a wide range of classes to choose from and you welcome in this positive environment.

I have been going to Embra Studio for the last 6 months- both their Cincinnati and NKY locations and have been super impressed! I love the hot yoga classes and it has been a huge perk that the kids yoga class is at the same time. The teachers are lovely and our family really enjoys our time there!

My Card/bank account was charged $100 plus dollars in addition to the initial introductory fee for $40 for the first 30 days. I did not get a chance to make it to a single class. Tried to email to discuss the issue. Essentially the response was : tough luck you don’t get any money back and you can go somewhere else. I wonder if most of the 5star reviews are fraudulent. I will urge you: Do not try Embra. They are scammers

Embra is a welcoming place that offers a lot of different work out opportunities. The studio is clean, front desk staff is kind and the instructors are motivating and knowledgeable!

Updated Review: this is the most recent review, I had to remove the last review since it had some info that was not suppose to be shared. The owner contacted me and was extremally nice and helpful, he resolved the problem and he is willing to go above and beyond for Embra's clients. Very happy with the solution he offered. Thank youPrevious Review: I have never tried yoga, this place is great for beginners and pros. a ton of different classes and instructors so you can pick the instructor that fits your level. I would recommend this place for a friend

I found Embra after moving to the area. I love getting back to a group setting practice. It holds me accountable and pushes me to go a bit further than the last class. The instructors are so kind and the studio is well kept. I’m so grateful to have found this studio!
