I guess I found the genie in the bottle and her name is Libby .Full disclosure I dislike massage therapy and avoid it except in exceptional circumstances… not sure if my body will ever agree to avoidance again after my first sesh today….

Definitely check this place out!! They have a lot of different types of specialists. My eval was running late so that’s why I gave 4/5, but they are compassionate and I’m looking forward to continue working with them.

I took my first Pilates class at Anchor Wellness with Suzanne after practicing at home with YouTube videos. I was a little nervous since I hadn’t been to an actual class yet, but Suzanne’s instruction was thorough, encouraging, and patient. The small group format was perfect for me and felt very intimate. I look forward to going back and continuing to strengthen my Pilates practice. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Anchor for years. There is a difference in PT and I've yet to find a PT in the city that can diagnose, treat, and prevent injury like I've experienced at Anchor. Highly recommend.

I’ve seen both Dr Chelsea Walters and Dr Cassie Parker with WAVE now for different issues- I saw Chelsea for my back and Cassie with concerns about my core, etc when looking to get back into working out postpartum. Both were so knowledgeable, easy to talk to and able to break things down into easy take homes for me. I’ve also gotten to take a class with Jason from Driven Performance- he challenged us all and was able to tailor the workout to our individual needs and abilities even in a larger group. I like the idea that all of the providers at anchor can work together and I look forward to working with other people in the network!

I've worked with a couple people at Anchor. Dr. Jackie Sanders is easily the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. She doesn't stop at addressing the specific issues I'm having - she works through the root cause to make sure I'm better for the long run. She has many tools and skills in her arsenal, and she has gotten to know what I respond to best for different issues. She has allowed me to run better and pain free at times when I didn't think that possible.I also work out with Marsalis Burgin, who is such a great trainer. His programming and progressions keep me improving, and he makes sure I have good form to get the most out of the work.I look forward to using other services from Anchor.

I have been working with Dr. Jackie Sanders for a couple of years now, but this season was especially important as I was training for the Boston Marathon. Jackie is an amazing physical therapist who has helped me maintain my performance at a high level while marathon training. We have routine visits to ensure that my movement is optimal and I'm running strong.During my marathon training, I had a rough patch where I injured my calf during the Heart Mini Half. Jackie was there for me, and she helped me get through this blip quickly and effectively while keeping me calm and focused on the bigger picture. She got me race day ready and I was able to run my fastest time ever at the Boston Marathon.I would highly recommend Dr. Jackie Sanders to all runners. Her expertise, compassion, and dedication to her patients are truly remarkable. Thank you, Jackie, for helping me achieve my goals and making my marathon experience a success!
