Chuze absolutely Knocks it out if the park at this location. From the equipment, to the smoothie Bae to the location itself. Amazing staff....almost too amazing as a unit. The bars set pretty high from day one. It's up to future employee to keep such a high level of professionalism and kindness.

They say you can have a free trial. The allure for me was the kids center. I get there and they say the kid center is not included in the trial. I'm a full time mom and have no sitting options. How am I supposed to know if I want to join this gym if I can't check out the kids club or workout there because my son is with me? Very disappointing.

Eger to try this place out and so hopeful that it would be great…. I signed up for the free week trial. When I went in it was super busy!! Saturday 12/31/2022 I went in…. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and professional, helped me, I let them know that I had signed up for the trial and it was asking me for a code so I could redeem that offer. He said that he gives me the code he did that and that and said I was free to work out. No tour, No information about the gym, Didn’t tell me about their amenities, Didn’t ask the types of amenities I was looking for, Just free to work out . I chalked it up thinking it was because they were busy. I wondered around hit a few machines that I knew how to use and left VERY unimpressed. I came back the next day. There were maybe 20 people there. The next day was kindly greeted it again. This time, they asked to take my picture when I checked in and that was it. Still no tour, I wondered around a little bit by myself to find things. Sadly, I didn’t go back after that. Still hopeful and knowing they are new, and it would take some time to get kinks ironed out I waited a week after my free trial was up, just to see if someone from the gym would reach out and see if I was interested in joining and get my feedback. I didn’t hear anything. I’ve even emailed the location directly and still haven’t gotten a response. RUDE! I guess this gym is more suited for experience level workouts folks, not new people trying to get back into fitness or start out or they are just absolutely BOOMING and are full all the time and not excepting new clients. 👎👎You

This is one of the coolest gyms I’ve experienced, even considering Olympian training centers.If you’re looking for more fun/variety then look no further. For planet fitness prices you get an A level experience.Beyond your standard gym they have a cardio movie theatre with showtimes posted.Out door turf. Indoor pool. Smoothie bar.One of my FAVORITE features is their mirrored fitness/class room. Large. But unlike other glass walls, the wall adjacent to the gym is solid with two entry doors.. it feels like a safe place to choreograph

Brand new equipment, plenty of squat racks and a great deal on the membership.

I signed up about 2 weeks ago and I am very impressed so far.

Still loving Chuze...Just hope the movie theater work out room comes back on line soon!

Great gym! Everything the fancy gyms offer but for an affordable price. Very clean.

Birdcage. Place is clean but, poor communication with employees, seems the place is more for high-school kids to hang out, stationary bikes I'm sure they brought in from another store they were used and un stable I canceled my membership in October but they didn't fully cancel it so as I wasn't going I was still paying 29.99 a month an when I found out they won't give a refund 🤣poor customer service and the email I was given to cancel doesn't work🤬

I walked into the bathroom today 12/20/22. There were two ladies in there, one in a stall and one brushing her teeth. I was in the bathroom going #2 the two ladies had left while I'm still going to the bathroom. The next thing I hear is something jiggling around like the toilet paper holder or something and then I hear a man's voice, saying oh shit! I called out and ask, is there a man in here? The man answered yep! I said get out I'm in here! He said I'm the janitor, I told him again get out of here!! He said I have a job to do. I told him get out or im going to scream for help, I still heard him moving around, so I he started screaming help over and over and over Extremely Loud as my lungs could go until finally somebody came in and asked him to leave. I heard him tell the other staff members that he called out if anybody was in here (the bathroom) I told the staff (as I was still sitting on the toilet) he's a liar, he never once yelled is anybody in here! The staff wouldn't tell me who he was when it asked them and they wouldn't tell me his name. After calling the 911 end Citrus Heights police telling ne they were unable to do anything because any man can walk into any womens restroom and that it wasn't a crime. But this was harassment!!!!! He wouldn't leave the bathroom, after I told him 3 TIMES !!!!! I went back onto the gym floor to see if I can see one of the girls that were in the bathroom and ask if they saw the man that went into the women's bathroom. The manager Nedra walked up to me and told me I can't be walking around talking to people. I wasn't talking to people. Then she said I had to leave. I asked her, why? She said because you are talking to people, I told her, everyone talks to each other in here, its not a crime. I told her, you are protecting this guy, why? Then she said, well you can't come back here today you need to leave now. I told her, what? Why? Then Nedra said, as a matter of fact, im cancelling your membership. I was so in shock! Then she said, if you come back here were going to call the police. This place is so corrupted they treated me as if I was the criminal who did something wrong instead of the victim. I couldn't stop crying and shaking, I felt Sooooo violated !!!!!!!!!
