Very friendly staff. Good machines for working out. They have tanning beds, massage chairs, and hydro beds available if you have the "black" membership. Only negative is that it sometimes takes a long time for them to do repairs (like their showers).

only suitable for cardio. The gym is extremely small with very few machines. 1 hyperextension for the whole gym. Like a garage gym
