Was passing through town and needed a gym for a short time. This was a great place. Clean facility, all the necessities, and a friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Definitely worth it!

They have all the necessary equipment to get a great workout in. The staff is very nice and accommodating, the facility is clean and I felt comfortable while I was working out. This is a smaller gym, but I noticed members talking to the staff like they were old friends...I love that! Highly recommended!

I am looking for a gym and I'm not a fan of the crowded ones. This location has changed my view on gyms. The trainer, Nicole, was very personable and knowledgeable. Right away she started asking questions to see where my fitness level and comfort level were. Most gyms/trainers just talk at you, but not here. They get to know you and make a routine based on you and your needs.

I love this franchise. I have been a member for several years...my membership transferred after we relocated. This particular location is a bit weathered but the owner seems to be taking steps to make repairs and spruce up the place. I like the smaller gym feel....its nice to see the same faces and everyone is really friendly. This is a nice, quiet, family-oriented gym.

My family joined this facility a couple of weeks ago. Erica and the other staff are always very friendly and helpful. Also the facility has been clean every time we have gone in.

The gym is clean and well organized. Although I go extremely late, the location of the gym feels safe and the staff are welcoming. Let alone the bathroom are clean.

Yoga instructor Victoria was the best I've ever been to. She has hardcore and easy going classes and knows her stuff. I have trouble with some movements and she shows us how to modify them and work toward our goals. A great place for beginners to most experienced.

I love this location. Was a member before and came back again recently. It's nice and clean with all the equipment you really need for a total workout. Being able to access it 24 hours makes it easier to workout with my schedule and it's never packed like other gyms with set hours. Nice and friendly manager who answered every question I had

Outstanding 24/7 gym with knowledgeable staff, clean & new area with all the essential equipment needed to obtain a full body workout or quick cardio session whenever a member wants. Highly recommended for those with odd work hours or have hectic schedules.

Good gym and very clean. However, it's small; one bathroom and one shower inside of the bathroom. Not exactly ideal. And every time I call no one ever answers the phone (during supposedly staffed hours).
