I've been coming to this location for over 2 years now and have never had an issue until lately. I'm in here 5 times a week and know most of the staff. I had an issue with my black card guest scan in not loading so I said I'd scan my guest in when it loaded and the girl Sam gave me an attitude and honestly put me in a bad mood. She came off rude and her self entitled attitude makes me want to find a new place to workout

New equipment since last time I was in there.

I mean working out helps :)The prices are low, great staff!

This is officially not for the young anymore. The older generation here feels so entitled to skip and interrupt new beginners when we have questions about the gym, and the facility allows it to happen. There are two people working at the front desk the old man could have went to the other lady to sign in. Instead used the guy we were asking questions about the gym to, and how the black membership worked to use his phone number to sign in basically saying his phone number while my husband was in the middle of a sentence and it was just allowed to happen instead of asking him to wait your dealing with a costumer or showing him to the other lady working definitely canceled my membership before I could even try anything because of this interaction me as a suppose to be new member did not feel welcomed. 🤦🏽‍♀️

TIFFANY IS GREAT! I have had a planet fitness membership for over 4 years and I’ve moved alot. Once I lost my keytag and the app wouldn’t link my account, the various locations I’ve visited NEVER did anything for me some would have me sign in manually but tell me I need to get it fixed and linked but calling the location I started from. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to fix it and they couldn’t get it done. No other location even tried to help me they all said I need to contact the original location I would never come to work out bc I didn’t want to deal with it, until I came here! Thank you Tiffany for saying there is nothing you can do and ending a 4 year headache!

Was told a bunch of wrong information about my beginning experience here a few months later paying more than was told and a payment I was told was covered, liked going to the gym but don’t let them ever explain nothing to you plz ask others and not staff! I got screwed over and will not be back

I had a baby 2 weeks before covid hit in 2020. Now that it is midway through 2023 I can't keep calling it baby/covid weight. The best part for me is I can go after my daughter is asleep and always get a massage afterwards. It is very clean and I love that there are so many treadmills. The fact they have a TV on them makes it even better if you don't feel like listening to music.

It's time to get moving, again. It was worth the getting up...

Me and Husband went together , It was very nice and the workout was great . Best of all the MESSAGER was Heaven !!
