The Coaches really coach - providing group and individual feedback correcting form (and weight) which if you listen and act, it’s less likely to hurt yourself. Although if you do get hurt inside or outside the gym, or recovering from surgery, Coaches always can adapt a workout to keep you fit. Coaches are fun(ny), great people and live fitness. Ergon is an amazing place to make connections and work on fitness. The owners focus on creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcome. The coaches are full of encouragement and can help no matter where you are in your fitness journey. The community makes you feel at home when you walk in the doors and feels like a family. Ergon Elite fitness has been a true blessing to our family. We love the coaches and programming, and the community is amazing with its family-oriented mentality. When we moved across the country and knew no one, Cara and Frank (and the gym community as a whole) welcomed not just my husband and I, but also our 2 year old daughter. They have made the adjustment to Clarksville so easy, as I could easily bring my daughter to the gym and get my workouts in, and also make some amazing friends in the process. The coaches are fantastic, knowledgeable and skilled in movement and programming. I love that I can continue to work out confidently despite an injury and/or in my current pregnancy because the coaches can help me modify and personalize the workouts to my situation. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to start (or continue on) with their CrossFit journey.

I love it here. The owner, coaches and other athletes have become family to me. When I first started in July I was able to join the CrossFit, weightlifting, and endurance classes since the coaches are so knowledgeable and had lots of variations and modifications for me to do to build strength until I could do some of the moves successfully, even though some will always have to be modified versions due to past surgeries. Even after having a recent surgery and being out for 6 weeks, they were able to help me get my strength back with modifications until I could work out fully again. They have supported and helped me while I work on my fitness goals and I always feel so much better after coming. Ergon is full of knowledgeable and friendly welcoming coaches and athletes. Everyone here is always so supportive of everyone, coaches and athletes alike. This gym is the best place if you are looking for a gym to improve and succeed in your goals to become the best athlete you can be or just want to get healthier. And I am loving the nutrition program I am on through here now. Getting closer to my goals.

Ergon Elite Fitness provides more then just epic workouts, it has the most intelligent owners and coaching staff I have ever met, and the community, friendships, and encouragement that I’ve been so lucky to be apart of is unbelievable. We moved here late June of 2022, and early July my husband deployed, leaving myself and our two boys to explore this new place ourselves. Ergon has been our saving grace. My oldest son has a safe and motivating environment to get those endorphins moving. I love that this gym is family oriented and everyone is treated the same no matter what! Ergon Family for life!

It’s not so much a gym as a community. It’s literally for everyone. Any age, fitness level, and physical limitations are worked with. Everyone is welcomed. I went in knees knocking I was so intimidated by CrossFit but they welcomed me with open arms and now it’s like family. So glad I wakes through their doors.

This is the best gym I have ever been apart of. I was immediately welcomed into the community, and I now consider this place my second home. I’ve met my best friends here, and my love for fitness is stronger than it’s ever been! I highly recommend this gym!

Almost two years at Ergon Elite and I can't imagine a better experience. Cara and Frank make a great team and their leadership has created a positive gym culture for their skilled coaches and members of every ability. Their onboarding classes and skills in helping people of all fitness levels (or no fitness level) into a safe, consistent workout and nutritional routine make this gym special. Cara expertly programs training cycles for class workouts while adding specialized programs for more competitive athletes. Extras like this are included in the low monthly fee making this gym a treasure in North Clarksville.

Absolutely one of the best CF gyms in Clarksville! The owners, Frank and Cara, as well as their coaches always show up with a positive attitude and take the time to develop and improve their athletes regardless of experience or skill level. I enjoy the variety of class options (CrossFit, weightlifting, endurance, etc) as well as the class hours which are very accommodating to people who work a 9-5! If you’re looking for a gym that will challenge you, build you up physically and mentally while accepting you into a phenomenal and caring community—look no further than Ergon Elite!
