I love working out at Gritfit. The group of people that attend the 5am class are motivators, encouragers, and reliable. When I get in a slump and don't attend, I get asked where I am which encourages me to come back. I feel the best when I am here and can't thank Courtney enough for helping along the way!

Hands down the best choice I made three years ago was to sign-up for a class with GRIT. The trainers at GRIT are the best!!! They will meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey, and encourage/push you to be your best! I look forward to my MWF 5 am classes, and always feel amazing after I leave.

I love grit fitness and wellness . I have been going here for over a year . I worked with a trainer and now I got to the classes 4 to 5 times a week . Everyone is amazing and welcomes you . They will help you accommodate the workout to your needs . I recommend this gym to everyone

TN is my hometown, I love coming back home and visiting family. I consider Grit family. The only gym I would recommend to attend. The workouts are challenging, fun, and variety of exercises to hit every muscle group. Everyone there is just so nice and welcoming. Miss everyone there!

I first met Courtney 11 years ago after having a baby and wanting to get back into my fitness routine. While my husband's career moved us out of state for 4 of those 11 years, Courtney is by far one of the best personal trainers I have met. It's because of her that after we moved back to Clarksville in 2019, me and my husband joined back up with GRIT. Courtney has built an environment for all levels of fitness, a no judgment zone, and her encouragement to excel is infectious. This mentality trickles down to the trainers on her team, and eventually YOU. The workouts are challenging, fun, and you will never do the same routine twice (or if you do, it's been several months). One notable attributes of the fitness that Courtney prescribes is that she incorporates functional movements into her program. This means building and working key muscle groups to help long-term health, such as being able to get out of a chair or get up from laying down without assistance when 65+ years old. Finally, please DO NOT waste your time or hard earned money at these chain "bootcamp factories," you know who I'm talking about (Orange Theory Fitness, Burn Boot Camp, or Club Pilates) not only are they expensive but they do not vary in their style of workouts and you do not get the personalized attention received at a locally owned gym (I know because I tried them all in the 4 yrs we did not live here). Come into GRIT and become part of the family!

I love GRIT! Everyone is so helpful, group workout is amazing! I feel exhausted but in a good way knowing I’ve worked out all my muscle groups during Judge-free zone! I’ve brought a few friends now and then and they enjoyed it as well! I would 10/10 recommend the bootcamp or personal training! Totally worth it!

I have been attending GRIT Fitness and Wellness for several years. The trainers at GRIT are intentional in how they develop their workouts and they get to know you on a personal level. The workouts and the trainers push you towards your goals and get results. By far, the best part of GRIT is the community. You will not find a more encouraging and fun atmosphere while being pushed mentally and physically.

I love Grit Fitness, they are the absolutely the best!! I have been going there for about 3 years and the gym continues to exceed my expectations. I love that each day the workout is different & challenges you on so many different levels. Between cardio & strength training there’s never any muscle in your body that is missed. You can tell they put a lot of effort into the workouts and that they truly care. The trainers are amazing, constantly pushing you to achieve your goals & are very encouraging even during the workouts. As well as the people there, it feels like FAMILY! Creates a fun & safe atmosphere to workout. If you are looking for somewhere to start, I would highly recommend this gym.

GRIT is hands down the best gym in Clarksville! I’ve tried big box gyms and locally owned gyms and GRIT far exceeds the others. I enjoy the variety in workouts day to day and continue to see results and changes (physically and mentally) even after 3 years of being here! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and make the effort to get to know you and what works for you. They meet you on your level and provide support and encouragement to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals! The best part is the GRIT community- you never meet a stranger!
