I have been wanting to lose weight for several months and just wasn’t consistent. I contacted Mills Mega fitness the last week of 2022 with the goal of starting in January 2023. After my pre consultation I was signed up for January-March. Each week I got a list of exercises, examples, and modifications if my current gym didn’t have the proper equipment. I also had daily feedback, weekly meetings , and a list of food that I should focus on eating and avoiding. After being in the program for about a month I could see the weight coming off in my weekly pictures I had to submit. The program was simple to follow and the food list was typical things that I would already eat. When I finished the program I had lost more than 20 pounds and felt great. Severals weeks after the program mills mega fitness since me a cookbook and suggested meals for known restaurants.I enjoyed during this program and was grateful that even when I finished I was sent information to help me continue the process.

Coach Mills helped me get back on track after having my son. Once being cleared at 1.5 mo PP, he worked with me on specialized workouts for my fitness level. He held me accountable for my short term goal, motivated, and consistently communicated with me. Coach Mills is a reliable coach and glad I could count on him!

Mills MEGA Fitness is the best online coaching program that I have ever been apart of. The APP is easy to use and I was able to track all my progress. At anytime I needed any questions answered or any adjustment I always got a quick response. The weekly Zoom meeting are amazing and very informative. I lost 25lbs with Coach Mills and I feel better than ever. If you looking for a great online personal training program you NEED to get with Mills Mega Fitness.

Coach Mills is AMAZING!! I'm a working mom who has always thought I had to wait until the kids are raised to take care of myself. Coach taught me that if I wanted to be around for the long haul I needed to care for myself NOW! He had customized workouts that worked with my schedule and maximized my time in the gym. Our weekly check-ins kept me accountable and he changed my routines so I didn't get bored. He offered tons of resources so I could maintain proper form and avoid injuries. So grateful for the life changes that have resulted from our work together!!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Coach Mills was right there every step of the way, pushing me to reach new goals and holding me accountable when I was tired. I’ve been working with Coach Mills for a while now and after shopping through trainers I’d honestly have to say his program, has been the one to help me the most achieve my fitness goals. He’s prompt with our weekly check-ins, demonstrations and guiding through the different exercises to make sure I’m doing them safely and correctly. I’ve been able to tone and become more mature in my diet thanks to his meal plan regimen. If you’re looking for a trainer, coach mills is the best around!

Very understanding of my work schedule due to me being in the military. Anything I struggled with we made adjustments until I was comfortable. It’s affordable and you’ll see results in little to no time. My goal was to gain weight/build muscle while having a high metabolism and strict schedule, within a month I started to see progress😊
