Love this place. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Crowded at times but as to be expected. Very clean and the clientele is a good mix of everyone.

I've been going here once or twice a week. There's nothing bad to say, really. Better than other gyms that used to be 24 7. This one is the real deal.

Why am I writing a review for a gym I don't go to? Because the owner was kind and supportive. I went for a tour and the gym is laid out well, has clean, decent machines but I was looking for more bells and whistles unrelated to the gym experience itself. However, the owner was supportive knowing I was touring other gyms to decide, was not pushy and supported my getting started anywhere, not just there. He cares about fitness, not cash.

I’ve been going to this gym on and off since 2008. Since I joined the military I’ve been constantly moving around but when I come home they always accommodate me. The staff is always friendly, equipment is always functional and the facility is always clean.

Just joined yesterday. Looks like a clean place with friendly members. Doesn't look like there are locker rooms to change in, but I may be mistaken. Was included with my Medicare Silver Sneakers. They made it very fast and easy to sign up.

Love the gym! I switched to it a month ago since my previous gym was constantly crowded and I was getting annoyed every time I worked out, and it’s been such a happy change. There’s never too many people working out at a time, it’s clean, well equipped and the staff is very friendly. If you’re somebody who goes to the gym to sweat and not just chit-chat, I highly recommend this one.
