Coach Ramon is one of the best coach/trainer to have in your corner to help you get out of your comfort zone and get you mentally strong enough to feel equipped to tackle your day. A perk to all of this is that he spends his time to teach you the science of boxing for both self-defense or if wanting to go professionally. This gym and Coach Ramon has been a life changing class and environment. Highly recommended if you seek growth in any areas of your life. As his passion for boxing and progress is contagious and will spill beautifully in areas you weren’t expected needed change.
