One of the cleanest gyms I have been to! Had great info on the website and when we signed for class the owner texted us and provided more info!! The coach was welcoming and knowledgeable. Thanks for allowing us to do the open workout with judges and no repping us appropriately!! We will be back :)

I have been welcomed and encouraged by everyone here. I am a lil' special on picking up on anything athletic.. but I have been praised and encouraged by coaches and fellow CrossFitters here. I love how everyone is welcome, no matter your physical fitness level/ability or which lane you swim in. I love everyone here. What a breath of fresh air to see all of the smiles and jokes in between workouts with everyone. The family here is why I keep coming back. I love it! Thank you so much for welcoming me. Oh!! And the dogs!! I'm obsessed with the dogs here!! Love them!

Going to this gym has been such an amazing experience. I am brand new to not only CrossFit but really working out in general, and they are so focused on you obtaining your personal goals without the pressure of keeping up with everyone around you. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. I’m so happy I found this place!

Dropped in for two days with my daughters on our route to Disney World. Thank you Ryan for making us feel right at home & part of your fitfam! It was hard to get my girls to leave! They would much rather pet doggies the rest of the week and skip Disney altogether lol we’ll definitely be back for another drop-in :)

One word, FAMILY!! This gym encourages you to push yourself to be the best, fit you! The coaches are very knowledgable and inspire you to push yourself! Great Gym!!

Safe, friendly, supportive.. yep, that’s CrossFit ABF! Sure, you’ll learn how to perform high-intensity interval training, Olympic style weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, kettlebell lifting, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises you might never thought you could do .. but it will be among friends who are rooting for you to be the best you at your own pace.

I found ABF after moving to Clearwater last summer. I have been an athlete my whole life, but I was out of shape and needed to get back on a plan. I was hesitant because I had this preconceived notion of CrossFit and convinced myself that I would never be one of “those people”. But the gym was literally around the corner and I needed something. Little did I know that walking in that gym would drastically change my life. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and not intimidating at all! The members were so kind and welcoming. This wasn’t what I had pictured in my head. Everything I thought “I knew” was completely erased. CrossFit was so much more. I moved to Florida alone and only knew one person. I had expressed this to the owner and he immediately, without thinking, invited me to their holiday party that weekend (after only being part of the gym for less than a week). It meant so much to me. After being with ABF for a year now, not only do I have an amazing group of friends, I have family. I’m so blessed to be a part of this community. ABF has given me health, confidence, friendship, family, and a place to call home. A huge shoutout to the owner Ryan who consistently pushes me to be the best possible version of myself and for making me laugh throughout the process! ABF comes with my highest recommendation!Side note: the gym is dog friendly, even my pups made new friends. Love it!!

Crossfit ABF checks off all of the boxes for me! Their approach to fitness and community has changed my overall perspective on health and wellness. I’ve been a part of the gym for a little over a month and have seen growth and progress in different areas of my life both physical and mental. The programming and coaches are stellar and I couldn’t be happier to have joined!!

Well, I certainly can't say enough wonderful things about ABF, as it is the first place I found I actually enjoy working out, and feel comfortable working out, while not being the "best" at it. It is also the answer for the weight I needed to lose, for over 20 years. I lost 50lbs in my first 4 months. And a total of 120 lbs. Progress is real. But the best part of all, is the community. The reason I "enjoy" working out, is the ABF family. ❤️ CrossFit ABF, literally for everyone.
