Very friendly front staff and overall clean gym. The gym is usually busy but not bad enough where you can’t find free equipment. There are plenty of free weights and equipment for all your fitness needs. I signed up for training sessions two times a week with Luke and I’ve been very happy with my results. He is very attentive to my fitness goals and creates a program tailored towards them. He’s super knowledgeable and always answers my questions in a detailed and easy to follow manner.

Very pleased with the customer service I received from Hunter. All the staff members here are absolutely great! The only downfall is how busy it can be at times… Aggravating when you cannot get on a machine.

Crunch is a solid gym with a solid staff. I really appreciate Hunter who whenever there is a concern with anything, listens and takes action. He and the Crunch Countryside team are the reason I've been with crunch since the beginning and why I stay at this location when there are so many options. Keep up the good work local team and to the corporate Crunch mothership - please continue to ensure you have the right people driving the bus (like Hunter) at the local level.

The worst experience in a gym for me, I paid a subscription and coach for 282 dollars and a week later I had a problem that prevented me from continuing due to a trip to another state, it turns out that in the state where I go there is no crunch gym and I can't train, I wanted to cancel the subscription before leaving and they told me that I could not cancel because To do anything, I didn't want to know anything about this gym with people who give a terrible service in customer service, now I have to travel again in a few months just to cancel the subscription because mandatory it has to be face-to-face, the hunger for money is incredible! Terrible experience for me and for those who go through my situation and give them the same answers, I will never come back

Tell your big, brawny, glasses-wearing desk clerk that he doesn’t have to be so rude. He always has an attitude for no reason. If you don’t wanna work then don’t go to work but when all you do is stand at a desk and walk around talking to the people you like I don’t understand why you’re in such a bad mood. I have never had a positive interaction with that man, not welcoming at all.

Great gym. Friendly staff. The other patrons all have a good attitude and are good about wiping down their machines after using. I like the machine selection, the place has a good layout and appears clean. My only complaint is that all but one of the shower heads in the womens locker room have weak water pressure so showers take a long time. Also not enough hooks between the stalls so sometimes the only option is to put stuff on the floor where it will get wet from shower water. I use plastic bags to get around this or wait until someone leaves the shower area and empties a hook. Someone did put a chair in there to help that a little.Another issue for ME (not a complaint but a warning to others who may care) is how popular the gym is so it's ALWAYS crowded even at 5am. But maybe that's just a testament to it being a good gym. I had to get used to that. People will ask you as soon as you sit down how much more time you need. I usually cant use the machine I want without waiting so dont come in with an inflexible plan. I usually do long full body sessions so I can work with that and just do a different machine until the one I want is available. Can always do free weights but watch out or someone will trip over/bump into you. Sometimes people will hog machines using free weights/body weight excercises next to the machine they are guarding so they can rotate the free weight/bodyweight excercise with use of the machine. The gym seems mostly clean. The showers always have chunks of hair on the walls and in the drains and the locker room always has hair all over the floor. I notice when I'm stretching. When it first opens at 5am (when I mostly go) it's not freshly cleaned. I went later in the day and same thing. So I'm not sure how often its cleaned or when in the day but the ladies dont clean up their own hair. There's a lot of traffic every day all day and we women lose a lot of hair so that's not surprising to see hair everywhere, I guess. The showers in my college were the same way with the hair. So maybe it's just normal. I wish people would clean up after themselves in public places. It grosses me out a bit.I did have ONE trainer get a little pushy with me trying to sell his services after I said no several times. I was trying to be polite and not get rude so maybe he saw that as an opportunity. But he had approached me to help while I was stretching out a sore muscle from a previous days workout so people are there to help. They do put promotions for certain services out there on their social media/website and then not honor them at the club even when you show them the promotion indicating that you are at the correct location and that it had not expired. They told me "you can pay for it, though, its inexpensive" and then actually kept pushing me to pay for it because it was valuable. That bothered me. At that point it wasn't about how affordable it was it was about the principle of the issue. I dont like when companies advertise something to get you in the door and then say they won't do what they advertised but you can pay more. I did still sign up because I had planned on it any way as the place is only $10/month, has good hours and is right next to my office. They also got me to sign up for the more expensive monthly plan telling me that with the partnership they have with my company the more expensive plan gets a discount on all the extra fees that would make my total annual out of pocket less than if I had signed up for the cheaper monthly plan. I realized after signing the contract that that was false. That's my fault though for not doing my own due diligence. I dont use the extra benefits of the more expensive plan so I wouldnt have gotten it otherwise.

Dont do it. They are thieves,. I never stepped foot in this gym and they continue to charge and charge and charge even after 3 people have now canceled my account. Be aware of your changing room surroundings with this crew.

Good gym, however, seems like things are breaking faster than the staff can keep up getting them fixed. Also, the music volume was good at new years, I’m sure someone had given feedback to turn it down which was great. 95% of people have headphones. However, the volume has since increased back to an obnoxious level to the point even at max my noise canceling headphones don’t drown out the speakers. Please turn the music down.

Good equipment. Locker rooms are okay they're fine. I went multiple times during a one week period throughout different times of the day.. every single time I was way overpacked. If the gym had 1/4 of the people in it I would give it four stars and the one star negative would only be because of the cold reality of the front desk two times I was there. The man was okay he wasn't rude but he was certainly cold.

Welcoming & friendly staff. Nothing is too much when asking for help regarding anything especially with Meghan. Excellent group fitness instructors. Clean & well maintained. Positive atmosphere.
